I play Paladin since TBC and I just simply love it. Light is the purest thing in the world and Paladins combine it with some very nice fighting skills to protect the weak.

My favourite class NPC is Tirion Fordring of course and I hope he is getting an important rol in Legion, we just need Paladins like him in our order halls.

Yes importan role in legion.. he DIED :)

I shall play shaman in this expension :

1. When I play shaman I feel like a thunder bending sith lord.

2. New animations are cool as f***

3. I'm a lucky owner of a Flame of Ragnaros(10th birthday event), and this will be amazing on Doomhammer.

I'd love to see Orgrimm's spirit called back by Doomhammer.

I'll play my good ol' Tankadin, just like every AddOn :) I simply like to play that type of role in the game :)

It would be pretty dope to see a ghost of our lord and savior Tirion in my order hall ;)

I also think it'd be pretty rad if Bolvar Fordragon would come hang out in our class hall. Since he's the new Lich King it seems fitting

I would LOVE to say that I am maining my hunter again in Legion, as she was my first toon and I have weathered every up and down of the class and MM spec since BC, but the shenanigans going on in the hunter alpha forums have me deeply concerned for the future of my favorite class/spec. I am going to hold out judgement until I can actually try Legion hunter for myself, but it is likely that my main for the new expac will be my druid. I really hope at least one of the Windrunner's are in the hunter's hall, or maybe Shandris

Paladin of course...Ashbringer anyone? The only thing I don't like about this class in legion is the class order hall.

About the npc: Can I get Bolvar by my Death Knights side? I feel like I still have to keep an eye on him after all this years...there is no trust for the lichking!

My Main is going to be my Mage that I have had since the start of Vanilla WoW. Back then I chose it because that what I do all of the time in RPG Games. And in Legion my most loved Specialisation - Fire - shows a lot of promise with all the visual and gameplay changes. On top of that I love the class fantasy and order hall vibes I've seen in preview Videos all over the Net. I love that Character since Warcraft 3 and I'm dying to see her developement - even if you turns to the dark side - in legion. On top of that I love the idea of the magic dependent Nightborne in Suramar. All in All Legion will be a superb Expansion for us Magic-Affiliates <3

If I will play in Legion, it'll be as a Protection Warrior - always liked the WoW warriors as a class, and I am forever in love with the old ways of their former class-quests: http://www.wowhead.com/quest=1498/path-of-defense
"We are the shield of the Horde, and we keep our weaker brethren safe"

If I get the chance to defend against the legion, I will see myself at the frontlines!

Even though almost all the awesome fluff that has existed around the class is gone by now, I am just feeling connected with it after playing so long. The favourite character is Medivh, even though he is more of a warlock

Demon Hunter FTW! I've played since BC and always thought Illidan was the coolest looking boss, with the best looking weapons (not to mention a great back story). Can't wait to try DH and wreck some Burning Legion!

As far as class hero, I've always liked Tirion Fordring. I think his story is one of accomplishment, and ultimately tragedy.  Since I first really saw him in the LK intro quest during WotLK Beta, I've always liked adventuring with him

I have played a mage since I began my WoW journey, and will have a mage for my main in Legion. My favorite NPC is the Portal Trainer in Stormwind - Larimaine Purdue, because I graduated from Purdue University in real life.

I have voted for Hunter and plan to main it in Legion, hopefully. However, my favorite class in WoW is Paladin. I have been a Protection Paladin for many years and recently have become a Raid Leader. For the good of the raid team and my ability raid lead, I need to switch to ranged character so I can better manage the team. My favorite Paladin NPC is Vindicator Maraad.

My main class in legion is going to be druid. I love all the different specs this class can play and each of the spec designs. I would love to see Fendral staghelm in the class hall because he is by far my favourate card in hearthstone at the moment

My main has been Druid since WotLK, but this time I will be changing it up and switching from a bear to a cat. Loving the artifact cat form appearances.

My favourite NPC is not a druid, but a dwarf. I love whenever he shows up, good ol' Brann.

Since cataclysm I am playing as feral/guardia druid as main. I tried Destro lock in MoP and Arcane Mage in WoD datadisc. I was thinking a lot which class to choose to play in incoming exansion, then i saw druid artifact form preview and now i am definitely decided to play druid as main. Other classes just got sweet nice weapon, but druid will get entirely new look.

I've played Death Knight as my main for the past two expansions, and with the nerfs to Death Knight's already horrid mobility, along with my guild's over abundance of the DKs, I'll switch over to Demon Hunter. Illidan is the obvious answer here, as there aren't a lot of lore based Demon Hunters at this point. He's pretty awesome, even holding his own for a moment against the greatest Blizzard character of all, Arthas

I'm going to be playing a Demon Hunter because I think they look really cool and I want to play the new class. =D

My favorite NPC is Malfurion. I'm a long time druid player and gotta respect the Malfurion. I also played him a lot in HoTS.

Rare Patron

Druids rock and with Legion, this is the only class where you can play four different specs with a simple click of a button.  How cool is that for the ultimate utility player.

We have another triple entry in the hotfix ledger, as Radiant Echoes gets more improvements in retail, while Season of Discovery and Cata Classic get additional class changes.
       August 7  (Source)
      Player-characters
Steady Flight should no longer be removed after entering an Arena. Quests
We tuned up the Prototype Shredder MK-03 so that “Eye for an Eye” can be completed. Radiant Echoes Event
Increased Flightstone and upgrade Crest drop rates in the event. Reduced the HP scaling on all event bosses so that they should be killable in a more-reasonable timeframe. Developers’ notes: This includes both ‘minibosses’ (e.g. Hogger, Thorim) and final bosses (e.g. Remembered Onyxia, Ragnaros). Season of Discovery
Hunter Heart of the Lion once again has a 100 yard range. Warrior The Focused Rage rune will now correctly reduce the cost of Meathook by 3. Cataclysm Classic
Fixed an issue where Faerie Fire did not deal intended amounts of threat when used on NPCs targeting another unit.

Due to a bug introduced with the War Within pre-patch, some players are receiving item level 250 gear from the weekly cache.
We've seen numerous reports on Reddit and the official forums that the Last Hurrah weekly quest on live servers drop low-level gear for some players. Apparently, the bug was first introduced with the War Within pre-patch two weeks ago and still hasn't been fixed.
Here's an example of a low item level drop from the Cache of Awakened Treasures by Omnifox.

Week 2 brings quite a few changes, as Hunters in particular rise up, while Shadow has a really bad time. The top 3 remains the same and very consistent, so let's jump in and see what's going on.
      Warcraft Logs Points
The below logs are based on POINTS, and not actual damage or healing, meaning they log the timed completion for the specs, with higher keys getting more points, obviously. The time in which the dungeon is completed is also a factor, but a much, much smaller one, as it grants very few points if you do it significantly faster than just any in-time completion. We're also using the Normalized Aggregate Scores numbers, for clarity, meaning the top spec is marked as 100 and then the rest are ranked in relation to that peak point.
      All Keys
      95th percentile DPS
The top 3 remains quite stable with the Evoker-Paladin-Warrior trio reigning supreme. We see the first change of the week right after that though, as Frost DK continues its upward march in dungeons as well as in raids, taking 4th from Elemental. Both DKs are on the rise, as Unholy also moves a spot up, taking advantage of Shadow's precipitous 5-spot fall to the bottom of the top 10. Arms remains stable as two Hunters burst in, Beast Mastery taking 8th and Marksmanship 9th, as Frost Mage disappears down towards the bottom. Speaking of the bottom, Devastation gets some new roommates there, as Outlaw and Destruction fall and give Enhancement and Feral a break.

Mythic+ All Keys 95th Percentile Data by Warcraft Logs.
      All Percentiles
As with the top percentiles, the top 3 remains solid, but 4th is immediately changed, thanks to Shadow's massive drop in performance this week. The Priest loses even more ground here, falling 9 spots into 13th, opening 4th up for Arms. Beast Mastery moves even higher here, grabbing 5th and moving in front of Elemental and Frost DK, as Marksmanship brings up the rear and completes the Hunter sandwich in 8th. Affliction breaks into the top 10, just ahead of Unholy which dropped to the final spot.

Mythic+ All Keys All Percentile Data by Warcraft Logs.
      Raw DPS U.GG DPS Rankings
U.gg's rankings are based on actual DPS taken from Warcraft Logs data, focusing on the top players and span the past two weeks.
Frost DK finds itself on top in the raw DPS rankings, as Augmentation isn't calculated properly here. Fury and Arms grab the next two spots, moving ahead of Ret, and the Fyr'alath wins continue in 5th, where Unholy finished the legendary axe streak. Even Survival joins the Hunter good times in 8th, where all three specs gather, just ahead of Balance who closes out the top 10.
Mythic+ All Keystone DPS rankings by u.gg.

For even more in-depth data for each individual key head on over to Warcraft Logs. And if you're interested in more info on the specs themselves you can always check out our class guides (updated for the pre-patch), as well as our Mythic+ guides and Mythic+ tier list.

MoP Remix characters that will transfer over to retail will receive a gear boost!
With Patch 11.0.2 now live on Public Test Realms, you can copy over MoP Remix characters from retail! It appears all MoP Remix characters will receive a character boost so you can dive straight into action when the War Within expansion launches.

We can't unfortunately log in to the game with the MoP Remix char on the PTR so we can't confirm the Item Level of gear for max level characters. However, keep in mind that the gear boost will scale with your level, so if you're below max cap, you will receive gear appropriate to your current level.
When Can We Expect MoP Remix Characters to Transfer to Retail?
MoP Remix ends on August 19, so we assume the characters will need to be transferred to retail by August 22 when Early Access begins.
