I picked Rogue, since I started playing WoW I always played rogue, is tricky stealthy and awesome also annoying to everyone, and yes my favorite class is Rogue and will play it at Legion.ph34r.png

My favorite class NPC is Hogger!!!!! Destroyer of lvl 5 raids!!

Its actually Lady Sylvanas Windrunner!

Paladin for life, been healing since vanilla. My favorite class npc was actually Uther, he was more than just another hack and slash warrior, he was a healer and mentor as well. And while he may be dead, but he'll always be remembered.

I will be playing Mage as my main.

Sylvanas is my favorite NPC, but seems unlikely for her to be for mages.

So you mages, I'll go with Janna.

Have had hard time to choose between druid and hunter (all those hours watching streams and YT gameplays... the time I never get back) and I was really disappointed to find out that I didn't get to beta this time either (#nobetaclub TBC->) to test those out.

Atm I'm voting druid because it seems to be nice in tanking and kitty dpsing and for the first time of WoW history they are getting form transmo! (those small WoD changes does not count).

Who is the most interesting druid npc? I'll be honest, I'm not much into lore and don't really find any of the NPCs interesting but I think Majordomo Staghelm is cool in fire-kitty form.

I'll be playing Shaman, enhancement specifically. It's been my main since TBC and I'm not planning on changing that. Besides we have the Doomhammer now!

I'd like to see either a spiritual version of Orgrim Doomhammer in our order hall giving us advice on how to wield Doomhammer or Drek'thar.

Fairly sure ill be maining a Marks Hunter in Legion, it's been my main since vanilla  and i really couldn't see re-rolling. My favorite Hunter NPC is Alleria Windrunner. I think more than any other lore character Alleria represents what i believe a hunter is. She may not have an actual NPC in game yet but with legion coming who knows, I mean we are getting her bow!

Thanks for the giveaway!! I will be playing Demon Hunter in the new expansion. I have been waiting for DH's to be a class for SOOO long! They always talk about it, but until now never happen and I am so excited!! It will be very interesting to see how their mobility and glide mechanics play into raids =).

Of Course we gotta have Illidan in the Hall!! Takes me back to doing BT and thinking how awesome he looked!

I'd really love to get into beta and see all the new and exciting things Demon Hunter will have to offer first hand!

Thanks!!

I'm gonna play enhancement shaman all the way. Ever since i joined the fantastic universe of warcraft in TBC (early 2007) i fell in love with the shaman class and especially enhancement and it's been my main char and spec ever since. Enha is life. cool.png

My favorite Npc to see in class hall would be Thrall, although i know it's not possible i'd love to see Ner'zhul.

Lok'tar brothers

In Legion I'm gonna play my Rogue, the upcoming changes are looking really fun (at least the outlaw stuff) and my hobby is going to be hunting all the new DHs :)
Maybe I'll go back to my Vanilla -> WoD Main: Shaman, but i can't really say unless I tested both!

When i started WoD, i started playing warlock as my main for the first time. been loving it the whole expansion. and thats the first time i have stuck to one class. so thats the class i'll stick to for legion.

it has three different specs that have three totally different play styles.

And that i need to swop specs for different bosses for the max dps makes it even more interesting.

I voted for mage as I have played one since Vanilla, I was human inspired by Jaina Proudmore back then but when TBC came I joined the Horde and became the Blood Elf Cold Hearted mage in Legion Fire spec has piqued my interest and I would love to show the Burning Legion a Burning Desire for destruction a Blood Elf Mage has.

I'll be maining a mage for legion. My favorite mage npc has always been Medivh so it would be cool if he could be there in some shape or form. He's just so awesome and powerful.

Either going to play my druid or monk. Depends on which healing spec speaks to me most with all the updates coming.

I'd like to see Li Li in the monk class hall.

Destro Lock for me. Been Destro main since vanilla. Obviously I'm making a Demon Hunter as well. My favorite Class NPC.... Kanrethad from the Green fire quest. Then there's Jubeka, that Undead lady who followed him around Outlands and you need to collect her soulstone. Does Impsy count as a Warlock NPC? I've been Lock since the beginning and he's always my first to hit cap and do all the cool stuff.

The class I'll be maining will be the monk I've started with in MoP beta and recreated on live servers. Mistweaving fantasy and playstyle is my favourite so far, and the one I identify myself with the most. The Shado Pan monks are my favourite reputation in World of Warcraft (Shado-pan Tiger!) and LiLi would be my favourite Monk NPC (if she can be considered as one, else it'd be Chen)

As all the other participants I hope I'll get the chance to test Legion first hand, help finding bugs and just have fun with my monk. Good luck to everyone.

We have another triple entry in the hotfix ledger, as Radiant Echoes gets more improvements in retail, while Season of Discovery and Cata Classic get additional class changes.
       August 7  (Source)
      Player-characters
Steady Flight should no longer be removed after entering an Arena. Quests
We tuned up the Prototype Shredder MK-03 so that “Eye for an Eye” can be completed. Radiant Echoes Event
Increased Flightstone and upgrade Crest drop rates in the event. Reduced the HP scaling on all event bosses so that they should be killable in a more-reasonable timeframe. Developers’ notes: This includes both ‘minibosses’ (e.g. Hogger, Thorim) and final bosses (e.g. Remembered Onyxia, Ragnaros). Season of Discovery
Hunter Heart of the Lion once again has a 100 yard range. Warrior The Focused Rage rune will now correctly reduce the cost of Meathook by 3. Cataclysm Classic
Fixed an issue where Faerie Fire did not deal intended amounts of threat when used on NPCs targeting another unit.

Due to a bug introduced with the War Within pre-patch, some players are receiving item level 250 gear from the weekly cache.
We've seen numerous reports on Reddit and the official forums that the Last Hurrah weekly quest on live servers drop low-level gear for some players. Apparently, the bug was first introduced with the War Within pre-patch two weeks ago and still hasn't been fixed.
Here's an example of a low item level drop from the Cache of Awakened Treasures by Omnifox.

Week 2 brings quite a few changes, as Hunters in particular rise up, while Shadow has a really bad time. The top 3 remains the same and very consistent, so let's jump in and see what's going on.
      Warcraft Logs Points
The below logs are based on POINTS, and not actual damage or healing, meaning they log the timed completion for the specs, with higher keys getting more points, obviously. The time in which the dungeon is completed is also a factor, but a much, much smaller one, as it grants very few points if you do it significantly faster than just any in-time completion. We're also using the Normalized Aggregate Scores numbers, for clarity, meaning the top spec is marked as 100 and then the rest are ranked in relation to that peak point.
      All Keys
      95th percentile DPS
The top 3 remains quite stable with the Evoker-Paladin-Warrior trio reigning supreme. We see the first change of the week right after that though, as Frost DK continues its upward march in dungeons as well as in raids, taking 4th from Elemental. Both DKs are on the rise, as Unholy also moves a spot up, taking advantage of Shadow's precipitous 5-spot fall to the bottom of the top 10. Arms remains stable as two Hunters burst in, Beast Mastery taking 8th and Marksmanship 9th, as Frost Mage disappears down towards the bottom. Speaking of the bottom, Devastation gets some new roommates there, as Outlaw and Destruction fall and give Enhancement and Feral a break.

Mythic+ All Keys 95th Percentile Data by Warcraft Logs.
      All Percentiles
As with the top percentiles, the top 3 remains solid, but 4th is immediately changed, thanks to Shadow's massive drop in performance this week. The Priest loses even more ground here, falling 9 spots into 13th, opening 4th up for Arms. Beast Mastery moves even higher here, grabbing 5th and moving in front of Elemental and Frost DK, as Marksmanship brings up the rear and completes the Hunter sandwich in 8th. Affliction breaks into the top 10, just ahead of Unholy which dropped to the final spot.

Mythic+ All Keys All Percentile Data by Warcraft Logs.
      Raw DPS U.GG DPS Rankings
U.gg's rankings are based on actual DPS taken from Warcraft Logs data, focusing on the top players and span the past two weeks.
Frost DK finds itself on top in the raw DPS rankings, as Augmentation isn't calculated properly here. Fury and Arms grab the next two spots, moving ahead of Ret, and the Fyr'alath wins continue in 5th, where Unholy finished the legendary axe streak. Even Survival joins the Hunter good times in 8th, where all three specs gather, just ahead of Balance who closes out the top 10.
Mythic+ All Keystone DPS rankings by u.gg.

For even more in-depth data for each individual key head on over to Warcraft Logs. And if you're interested in more info on the specs themselves you can always check out our class guides (updated for the pre-patch), as well as our Mythic+ guides and Mythic+ tier list.

MoP Remix characters that will transfer over to retail will receive a gear boost!
With Patch 11.0.2 now live on Public Test Realms, you can copy over MoP Remix characters from retail! It appears all MoP Remix characters will receive a character boost so you can dive straight into action when the War Within expansion launches.

We can't unfortunately log in to the game with the MoP Remix char on the PTR so we can't confirm the Item Level of gear for max level characters. However, keep in mind that the gear boost will scale with your level, so if you're below max cap, you will receive gear appropriate to your current level.
When Can We Expect MoP Remix Characters to Transfer to Retail?
MoP Remix ends on August 19, so we assume the characters will need to be transferred to retail by August 22 when Early Access begins.
