My main in Legion will be my warlock that I've played since BC, I'm quite excited to try out the new demonology. It will be fun to summon hordes of demons to destroy my enemies.                                   My favorite warlock npc and hope to see her in the class order hall is Jubeka Shadowbreaker from the green fire quest line. Reading her journal about her adventure with Kanrethad Ebonlocke and how he slowly turned more and more corrupted was awesome

I am going to play a druid because it is a versatile class . At first I would play the specialization restoration and as on the other extensions I would set in specialization 2 balance and in specialization 3 guard . Cenarius is the best  Good luck everyone and have fun .

I chose to play Paladin during the Legion Extension, because I began tanking and I have liked the gameplay and the lore of this class/spe. I hope that the new gameplay of the paladin protection will be fun and efficient to play particularly for the new system of dungeons with Keystones.

I have haste to test the two specializations of the new class Demon hunter and my historic class : Mage with the evolution of the fire specialization.

I think that this extension will be particularly good in terms of gameplay and lore.

I'm gonna play priest in Legion since it's my very first character since Vanilla's Beta and it seems the shadow spec is coming back, reminding me my old great experiences !

My favorite NPC is the Dwarf priest from Ironforge wearing the T1 priest Suit !

I will definitely continue playing my warlock in Legion because it was my main sine Burning Crusade. I leveled a couple of alts but just fel in love with the concept of the warlock and didn't feel any other class represents me. As for the NPC I would like to see in the Order Hall I think I would like to see Menara Voidrender because back then, the quest for the Enchanted Gold Bloodrobe she gave felt like the first big warlock quest you did and brings back sweet memories.

My main class would be the hunter! Why? I've always loved the aspect of having a companion fighting along side with you, while you dish out insane amounts of damage. However, the lines between the different specializations had been blurred with each expansion and the primary aspect of hunter's losing it's flavor; even more so now when your 'best' raiding spec depends on you NOT having a pet by your side. It would be interesting to see how this segregation of specializations turns out in legion (limiting skills to specific specializations' a start!) and of course, here's hoping that they bring the primary aspect of the hunter back into the game; a true-blue beast master :)

There are not too many 'hunter-class' heroes in the Warcraft universe, depending on how you define hunters (with a pet or just using a ranged weapon). But the two outstanding ones to be in the class halls has to be Hemet Nesingwary (big game hunter lolz) and Rexxar! In fact, if Blizzard would allow us to access entire records of all tame-able pets in Azeroth, the class hall would feel even more customized towards hunters and set us apart from all the other class halls. Or a phased stables for you to take a look at your tamed pets (kinda like FFXIV's version of Chocobo stables within housing estates).

Can't wait for legion to hit on 30 Aug and we will be ready to fight the legion, together. For Azeroth!

I am planning on trying Demon Hunter first and hopefully main him. I've been waiting for a long time for them to come since Illidan Stormrage is one of my favorite I can't wait to play his role. I also like dashy and mobile classes so Demon hunter checks that. As I said I would like to see Illidan in my order hall. (not sure if he is already there since I haven't played yet)

I'll be maining a Feral Druid in Legion. I have always been a tank, but always wanted to be a kitty cat. I now have the chance to play it as my primary spec, so I am excited for that. My favourite NPS would probably be Milhouse Manastorm. He is funny and I love listening to all his voicelines in game. Hopefully he will make a return in Legion ;D

I'll be playing a paladin- it was a hard choice between him and my deathknight, but I just can't ignore that Ashbringer heh.  I've had the corrupt one since BC and made myself a bit of a reputation with it among my guild and friends, so I kind of have to continue that tradition as well.  It'll be fun having my unique transmog of Ashbringer too to separate it from the other ones I think heh (and that with the new mog system even my deathknight can use my version. For a favorite character- I'd have to give that to Alexandros Mograine hands down.  He's always been the most iconic paladin character in my eyes and a very large reason why I play the class.  His story has always been one of the strongest for me in the Warcraft universe- it's just so full of iconic moments, heroism and tragedy too. I even made my deathknight to follow the lore of his son too, which is every bit as awesome as his own.  The Mograines are by far my favorites in WoW heh

My main character still remains holipaladin. I really like the visual representation of my class - heavy armor, two-handed weapon. I like that the class is a natural with the addition of magic. At the same time, the Legion, staying in healing spec, I can still hit very hard by my two-handed weapon, and I am very pleased. I like to point direction of the paladin healing spec. This also applies to spells and saves. The NPC I'd like to see in the Stronghold - Maraad. He is very consistent with the canons of the paladin in Blizzard universe. But I always tortured question- why he did not use Divine Shield)

Voted for Demon Hunter I am looking forward to try some new content, which points me to choose already very well known classes for me, like Death Knight and Druid, in order to level up faster and explore more content for short period of time. Death Knights are my favourite, and I take Driuds as fast level ups.but damn, i want to try some new ways for.killing mobs (and ppl, meh i might be joking ). So yeah, i'll definitely start with the new class, Demon Hunter shell it be. And than I'll be to lazy to level up smth else, and probably stick to the Demon Hunter as main.

I've already played rouge for nearly 8 years, so I plan to go for another class in Legion. At the beginning of WOD, I was very interested in Monk, however I  was very disappointed with the performance of WW monk  in the WOD. According to some news and details about legion, WW monk looks very cool. thus I will pick up WW monk again for main class in the legion.

The one Npc who i would like to see in class hall is Chen stormsout, although i also very like Taran Zhu. There are two reasons cause me  choose Chen. First one is Chen is a symbol of Monk class, and he is  so cool in MOP, second and the most important one is I have the same surname as Chen Stormsout,biggrin.png biggrin.png biggrin.png biggrin.png biggrin.png

We have another triple entry in the hotfix ledger, as Radiant Echoes gets more improvements in retail, while Season of Discovery and Cata Classic get additional class changes.
       August 7  (Source)
      Player-characters
Steady Flight should no longer be removed after entering an Arena. Quests
We tuned up the Prototype Shredder MK-03 so that “Eye for an Eye” can be completed. Radiant Echoes Event
Increased Flightstone and upgrade Crest drop rates in the event. Reduced the HP scaling on all event bosses so that they should be killable in a more-reasonable timeframe. Developers’ notes: This includes both ‘minibosses’ (e.g. Hogger, Thorim) and final bosses (e.g. Remembered Onyxia, Ragnaros). Season of Discovery
Hunter Heart of the Lion once again has a 100 yard range. Warrior The Focused Rage rune will now correctly reduce the cost of Meathook by 3. Cataclysm Classic
Fixed an issue where Faerie Fire did not deal intended amounts of threat when used on NPCs targeting another unit.

Due to a bug introduced with the War Within pre-patch, some players are receiving item level 250 gear from the weekly cache.
We've seen numerous reports on Reddit and the official forums that the Last Hurrah weekly quest on live servers drop low-level gear for some players. Apparently, the bug was first introduced with the War Within pre-patch two weeks ago and still hasn't been fixed.
Here's an example of a low item level drop from the Cache of Awakened Treasures by Omnifox.

Week 2 brings quite a few changes, as Hunters in particular rise up, while Shadow has a really bad time. The top 3 remains the same and very consistent, so let's jump in and see what's going on.
      Warcraft Logs Points
The below logs are based on POINTS, and not actual damage or healing, meaning they log the timed completion for the specs, with higher keys getting more points, obviously. The time in which the dungeon is completed is also a factor, but a much, much smaller one, as it grants very few points if you do it significantly faster than just any in-time completion. We're also using the Normalized Aggregate Scores numbers, for clarity, meaning the top spec is marked as 100 and then the rest are ranked in relation to that peak point.
      All Keys
      95th percentile DPS
The top 3 remains quite stable with the Evoker-Paladin-Warrior trio reigning supreme. We see the first change of the week right after that though, as Frost DK continues its upward march in dungeons as well as in raids, taking 4th from Elemental. Both DKs are on the rise, as Unholy also moves a spot up, taking advantage of Shadow's precipitous 5-spot fall to the bottom of the top 10. Arms remains stable as two Hunters burst in, Beast Mastery taking 8th and Marksmanship 9th, as Frost Mage disappears down towards the bottom. Speaking of the bottom, Devastation gets some new roommates there, as Outlaw and Destruction fall and give Enhancement and Feral a break.

Mythic+ All Keys 95th Percentile Data by Warcraft Logs.
      All Percentiles
As with the top percentiles, the top 3 remains solid, but 4th is immediately changed, thanks to Shadow's massive drop in performance this week. The Priest loses even more ground here, falling 9 spots into 13th, opening 4th up for Arms. Beast Mastery moves even higher here, grabbing 5th and moving in front of Elemental and Frost DK, as Marksmanship brings up the rear and completes the Hunter sandwich in 8th. Affliction breaks into the top 10, just ahead of Unholy which dropped to the final spot.

Mythic+ All Keys All Percentile Data by Warcraft Logs.
      Raw DPS U.GG DPS Rankings
U.gg's rankings are based on actual DPS taken from Warcraft Logs data, focusing on the top players and span the past two weeks.
Frost DK finds itself on top in the raw DPS rankings, as Augmentation isn't calculated properly here. Fury and Arms grab the next two spots, moving ahead of Ret, and the Fyr'alath wins continue in 5th, where Unholy finished the legendary axe streak. Even Survival joins the Hunter good times in 8th, where all three specs gather, just ahead of Balance who closes out the top 10.
Mythic+ All Keystone DPS rankings by u.gg.

For even more in-depth data for each individual key head on over to Warcraft Logs. And if you're interested in more info on the specs themselves you can always check out our class guides (updated for the pre-patch), as well as our Mythic+ guides and Mythic+ tier list.

MoP Remix characters that will transfer over to retail will receive a gear boost!
With Patch 11.0.2 now live on Public Test Realms, you can copy over MoP Remix characters from retail! It appears all MoP Remix characters will receive a character boost so you can dive straight into action when the War Within expansion launches.

We can't unfortunately log in to the game with the MoP Remix char on the PTR so we can't confirm the Item Level of gear for max level characters. However, keep in mind that the gear boost will scale with your level, so if you're below max cap, you will receive gear appropriate to your current level.
When Can We Expect MoP Remix Characters to Transfer to Retail?
MoP Remix ends on August 19, so we assume the characters will need to be transferred to retail by August 22 when Early Access begins.
