In Legion I will be playing Guardian Druid. There are few resons for that... I've been playing that class since TBC, Druid is the most flexible class in game, in Legion at last will be some refreshment to druid forms, so i'd like to play a little with that and last but definitely not least... changes in Legion expansion to guardian druid seems awsome, that's why i want to play it asap, even on beta where could be lots of bugs ;)

My favourite druid? Well... only first druid ever... Malfurion Stormrage ;)

I will play a paladin because it's my first character since TBC. My favourite class npc of course Tirion Fordring. When i saw the class hall for pallly, i think "The hall is underground, but there are windows".

I will be playing Rogue as I really like the gameplay and I am pretty happy with the different annoucement. Assasination <3.

My prefered rogue NPC is Garona.

It was pretty cool that Garona was part of the legendary quest for Wod.

I liked the stealth mission.

Death Knight for sure, I've played a Frost DK since WotLK and loved every minute of it. Unholy and Blood are also great specs, I will definitely be giving Unholy a go in Legion it looks amazing but Frost is where its at in my opinion. Finally we can wield Frostmourne or Frostmournes I should say, the hype is real. So many things to be excited for about DK's, the "Winter is Coming" talent for one for all those GoT fans, refreshing new animations, artifact talents to add some more flavor, class hall (jks we've always had one) and the new artifact weapon/class hall campaign going back to ICC will bring back some memories...even though I run ICC every week, pls Invincible.

Jokes aside Legion looks fantastic, content looks promising both PvE and PvP. Death Knight will always be my top choice but I'm as equally excited to play all the classes because they just look so damn good! I hope Legion will bring back some old players as well as new ones,

cos you can never have enough Demon Hunters amiright wink.png

I will be maining (at least initially) my longtime Draenei Shaman, created during TBC. Call me predictable but I look forward to seeing Thrall in my class order hall.  I've been a fan since the Warcraft 3 days, and he's been such an integral part of the game's lore all this time

Unfortunately since discipline priest is generally better in WoD, I am currently speced into discipline. Hoping to see something close to the Benediction staff in classic WoW, and staves are always transmoged to the Benediction staff, I would love to have something similar to it. My favorite NPC in all of the Warcraft series is Sylvanas, if she is part of the hunter's hall, I would switch over to be a huntard right away

I'm faithful at my main pg that is a warrior that i play since TBC.

Furthermore his artifact is full of story, a sword that was forgotten in a lost tomb, it was was nourished by dark powers and now it returns to defeat the legion and merge the people under the same seal, like the ancient savage warlord did with the same sword.

Sorry for my english, is not my native language.

My chosen class is Death Knight. It fits my personality and playstyle. I am very upset about the removal of BREATH OF SINDRAGOSA from the Blood spec. My favorite Death Knight lore character is Arthas. Since he's dead, though, and we won't see him in our class halls, another paladin convert to the deathknights would be dank. Take away the paladins' greatest leader and make him a servant of the undead.

It took me years to find the right class for me and now I have done it. Legion will bring clear diversity between the specs which makes it even more appealing than it already is. So far I am really into the class fantasy Blizzard Presents. As for an NPC, I always found Elling Trias a hillarious Rogue NPC. He is part of the SI:7 Assassins in Stormwind but has the title . What is great about him is that this is his disguise and he is an actual vendor.  Ontop of that he has a Copper Coin which you can fish from the fountain in Dalaran

Will be maining a fury warrior in Legion, super keen to see all the changes they have made to it. Also would be awesome if Broxigar was at the order hall, however that's probably not going to happen so probably Durotan

Affliction specifically as I love the playstyle (strategically and methodically damaging enemies).  The NPC I've always fantasised about returning would be Kanrethad in some kind of redemption storyline to bring him into the fold against the Legion.  Warlocks are all about utilising the magic of the enemy against them, and Kanrethad was breaking new ground in that regard with green fire (green fire, Metamorphosis).  Not sure how the latter will fit in with the retconned class design, but I'm sure they could think of something

My main class in Legion definitely is going to be mage, it's looking SO GOOD in legion, especially fire spec.. I really love it too much.. I like mage class order halls a lot.. And, my favourite class npc, Khadgar of course, because he is one of the most powerful wizards ever lived

I actually just started playing WoW back in Warlords, and I loved it. Played Paladin, Warrior, Shaman, Druid, and Monk all at max level, and I love them all, but I am DEFINITELY playing Monk as my main. Brewmaster is just so unique and so much fun. Here's to hoping Chen is in the hall, he's my hero

I'll probably be maining a Demon Hunter in legion because. I really want to see how much stuff in the old world you can get to without flying now that double jumping is a thing now. From what I've been seeing in the Alpha, the specs aren't too boring either.  As for NPCs, the obvious one is Illidan for DHs, but just like the Lich King, I doubt Blizz will ever make him our 'Mograine.' I'd like to see Loramus Thalipedes back in the game just because he was one of the only demon hunters in the game that felt like his main focus was to hunt demons and kill them. Everyone else mostly just does what they were doing before, but now as a demon hunter. So, yes, I want to actually track down and hunt demons as a demon hunter

with the arrival of the legion around the corner I plan on dawning my warglaves with my brothers and sisters and letting out that inner demon. Though I will keep my other toons up to snuff, the demon hunter is going to be my main focus. As we get the shores of the Broken Isles secured I hope to see Illidan returned and informing the new recruits just how "not prepared" they are

Once legion comes out its going to be hard to decide which class I'm going to main, but the one class I'm really excited for is warlock.

With the removal of metamorphosis from demonology and the addition of new spells that allow more demons out at once I wioll finally be able to run through azeroth with an army of demons at my side to strike terror in all who opposes me.

We have another triple entry in the hotfix ledger, as Radiant Echoes gets more improvements in retail, while Season of Discovery and Cata Classic get additional class changes.
       August 7  (Source)
      Player-characters
Steady Flight should no longer be removed after entering an Arena. Quests
We tuned up the Prototype Shredder MK-03 so that “Eye for an Eye” can be completed. Radiant Echoes Event
Increased Flightstone and upgrade Crest drop rates in the event. Reduced the HP scaling on all event bosses so that they should be killable in a more-reasonable timeframe. Developers’ notes: This includes both ‘minibosses’ (e.g. Hogger, Thorim) and final bosses (e.g. Remembered Onyxia, Ragnaros). Season of Discovery
Hunter Heart of the Lion once again has a 100 yard range. Warrior The Focused Rage rune will now correctly reduce the cost of Meathook by 3. Cataclysm Classic
Fixed an issue where Faerie Fire did not deal intended amounts of threat when used on NPCs targeting another unit.

Due to a bug introduced with the War Within pre-patch, some players are receiving item level 250 gear from the weekly cache.
We've seen numerous reports on Reddit and the official forums that the Last Hurrah weekly quest on live servers drop low-level gear for some players. Apparently, the bug was first introduced with the War Within pre-patch two weeks ago and still hasn't been fixed.
Here's an example of a low item level drop from the Cache of Awakened Treasures by Omnifox.

Week 2 brings quite a few changes, as Hunters in particular rise up, while Shadow has a really bad time. The top 3 remains the same and very consistent, so let's jump in and see what's going on.
      Warcraft Logs Points
The below logs are based on POINTS, and not actual damage or healing, meaning they log the timed completion for the specs, with higher keys getting more points, obviously. The time in which the dungeon is completed is also a factor, but a much, much smaller one, as it grants very few points if you do it significantly faster than just any in-time completion. We're also using the Normalized Aggregate Scores numbers, for clarity, meaning the top spec is marked as 100 and then the rest are ranked in relation to that peak point.
      All Keys
      95th percentile DPS
The top 3 remains quite stable with the Evoker-Paladin-Warrior trio reigning supreme. We see the first change of the week right after that though, as Frost DK continues its upward march in dungeons as well as in raids, taking 4th from Elemental. Both DKs are on the rise, as Unholy also moves a spot up, taking advantage of Shadow's precipitous 5-spot fall to the bottom of the top 10. Arms remains stable as two Hunters burst in, Beast Mastery taking 8th and Marksmanship 9th, as Frost Mage disappears down towards the bottom. Speaking of the bottom, Devastation gets some new roommates there, as Outlaw and Destruction fall and give Enhancement and Feral a break.

Mythic+ All Keys 95th Percentile Data by Warcraft Logs.
      All Percentiles
As with the top percentiles, the top 3 remains solid, but 4th is immediately changed, thanks to Shadow's massive drop in performance this week. The Priest loses even more ground here, falling 9 spots into 13th, opening 4th up for Arms. Beast Mastery moves even higher here, grabbing 5th and moving in front of Elemental and Frost DK, as Marksmanship brings up the rear and completes the Hunter sandwich in 8th. Affliction breaks into the top 10, just ahead of Unholy which dropped to the final spot.

Mythic+ All Keys All Percentile Data by Warcraft Logs.
      Raw DPS U.GG DPS Rankings
U.gg's rankings are based on actual DPS taken from Warcraft Logs data, focusing on the top players and span the past two weeks.
Frost DK finds itself on top in the raw DPS rankings, as Augmentation isn't calculated properly here. Fury and Arms grab the next two spots, moving ahead of Ret, and the Fyr'alath wins continue in 5th, where Unholy finished the legendary axe streak. Even Survival joins the Hunter good times in 8th, where all three specs gather, just ahead of Balance who closes out the top 10.
Mythic+ All Keystone DPS rankings by u.gg.

For even more in-depth data for each individual key head on over to Warcraft Logs. And if you're interested in more info on the specs themselves you can always check out our class guides (updated for the pre-patch), as well as our Mythic+ guides and Mythic+ tier list.

MoP Remix characters that will transfer over to retail will receive a gear boost!
With Patch 11.0.2 now live on Public Test Realms, you can copy over MoP Remix characters from retail! It appears all MoP Remix characters will receive a character boost so you can dive straight into action when the War Within expansion launches.

We can't unfortunately log in to the game with the MoP Remix char on the PTR so we can't confirm the Item Level of gear for max level characters. However, keep in mind that the gear boost will scale with your level, so if you're below max cap, you will receive gear appropriate to your current level.
When Can We Expect MoP Remix Characters to Transfer to Retail?
MoP Remix ends on August 19, so we assume the characters will need to be transferred to retail by August 22 when Early Access begins.
