Nah.

I've played paladin since Lich King(as retribution), now I want something new and I think it's time to try Demon Hunter.

I'll play demon hunter in legion, seems to be a really mobile and fun class. I've played dk since wotlk but it's time for a change. My favourite class NPC is Illidan and I hope we'll see him frequently in this expansion.

I starting play Blizz games with Warcraft 2 battle.net edition, continue with this Franchise Warcraft 3 Reign of Chaos and Frozen Throne...

When the World of Warcraft started i buy my game in 13/2/2005 and i try a lot of characters like... Night Elf hunter, Human Warlock, Undead Warlock, Troll Hunter, Troll Warrior and Undead Warrior too.

I cant choose one of the best "Heroe" in the World but... Illidan was amazing in the TBC days.

I will be having a BM Hunter as my main, yes I will make a DH but the BM has always been my favorite class and the legion version looks like how a BM should be.

Im going to be maining Death Knight in Legion, I just love the class and the changes that they are making to it. If we are going by any NPC ever i would say Teron Gorefiend because he was the first Death Knight, but if I had to choose a (un?)living one it would be Koltira Deathweaver.

Warrior. Always was and always will be. And of course a Fury. Sadly i'm not a big fan of TG, just like the fast hitting Berserker more. Give me two 1h axes and go crazy!!

I would love to see Varian as a follower, but yeah.... sad times :(

I will be maining (at least initially) my longtime Draenei Shaman, created during TBC.  Will also be going back to Enhancement because Doomhammer!

Call me predictable but I look forward to seeing Thrall in my class order hall.  I've been a fan since the Warcraft 3 days, and he's been such an integral part of the game's lore all this time.

Gotta stick with my Rogue! So stoked to try out the Outlaw spec, it's almost like a new class :D

My favourite NPC pick is pretty random; Grand Marauder Sai. It's just a random NPC in Dalaran(Wrath edition). She's not a part of any quests or anything, just had some "I hate the Horde" dialogue.

I remember when seeing her back in Wrath I made a Rogue alt which was basically a copy-paste of her. Being the kid I was back then, I thought it was cool seeing a chick rock the Bloodfang gear+Maladath blade.
Totally abandoned my Paladin, and have been playing Rogue ever since :D

Hope she makes a return in Legion, we're back in Dalaran and the Rogue halls is there after all!

I'm definitely going with demon hunter, since I'm focusing on PvP it just feels natural to play a class that's focused on speedy in and out gameplay. For the favorite NPC, I'd definitely have to go with Loramus Thalipedes because no matter how many obstacles were put in his way, he managed to get to his enemy and kill him. That's better Story telling than MoP

I've been playing since mid-2005 and with a new expansion that I and many others are very excited for on the horizon, I feel like it's a fresh start for WoW after the general negativity surrounding WoD. The developers look like they're all-in for this one so I hope it turns out awesome and brings back that magic WoW had in its heyday.

I've been playing and "main-ing" a variety of classes throughout the years but with this fresh start I will go back to my roots and play my Warrior, my first ever class and the class that gave me the best memories of this game.

As for my favorite NPC, I'd say it would be Ga'nar. We only saw him for a short while but I loved his character progression and his ending is one of the most heroic moments I've seen in WoW. Such a fitting moment for an orc warrior. Maybe one day I can see him in the Halls of Valor but probably not.

My main class will be Druid, as it has been since the beginning of WotLK!

Malfurion is the best druid NPC. He's been through a lot.

My main class in Legion is going to be a Demon Hunter, thanks to its mobility and double jump that allow me to discover a new way to play.

I plan to main my mage throughout Legion. I have been a mage since I first started the game back in BC and I just love everything about them. The lore is amazing and they represent such immense power and knowledge. That's what I love about them,

I would love to see Medivh. Even though Medivh was corrupted by Sargeras before birth, he is the most powerful mage and I think his lore is just fantastic. I would love to get a chance to do something with him in the class halls.

I played a mage from vanilla till the end of mop and in wod i'v played a ret pally i'v loved both and i'v had many many alts. However my biggest regret was never making a death knight my main when it launched in wrath hero classes ftw!!!! So i will be takeing advantage this time and leveling my self a demon hunter and making it my main and topping those skada meters in raids :)

I would love to see Illidan Stormrage in the demon hunter hall to pick that chars mind would be amazing and i cant wait to see jaina on my alt mage and i would love to see a uther even in spirt on my paladain

I will main the Rogue class in Legion, as I did in WoD. It took me years to find the right class for me and now I have done it. Legion will bring clear diversity between the specs which makes it even more appealing than it already is. So far I am really into the class fantasy Blizzard Presents!

As for an NPC, I always found Elling Trias a hillarious Rogue NPC! He is part of the SI:7 Assassins in Stormwind but has the title <Master of Cheese>. What is great about him is that this is his disguise and he is an actual vendor!  Ontop of that he has a Copper Coin which you can fish from the fountain in Dalaran!

Warlock for me!  Affliction specifically as I love the playstyle (strategically and methodically damaging enemies).  The NPC I've always fantasised about returning would be Kanrethad in some kind of redemption storyline to bring him into the fold against the Legion.  Warlocks are all about utilising the magic of the enemy against them, and Kanrethad was breaking new ground in that regard (green fire, enslaving Pit Lords, Metamorphosis).  Not sure how that last one will fit in with the retconned class design, but I'm sure they could think of something. tongue.png

Elem/rests shaman will be my main. Thrall of course is my favorite NPC but i am hoping that we need so much help defending against the legion that we have a shaman seek out a previously unknown dark shaman clam to help us. Showing that we are so outmatched that we even consider using forbidden arts.

I love the idea of summoning demons and the rework seems like such a rekindling  of a spec that went into obscurity by the end of WoD. Warlocks for the win! Demonology!

We have another triple entry in the hotfix ledger, as Radiant Echoes gets more improvements in retail, while Season of Discovery and Cata Classic get additional class changes.
       August 7  (Source)
      Player-characters
Steady Flight should no longer be removed after entering an Arena. Quests
We tuned up the Prototype Shredder MK-03 so that “Eye for an Eye” can be completed. Radiant Echoes Event
Increased Flightstone and upgrade Crest drop rates in the event. Reduced the HP scaling on all event bosses so that they should be killable in a more-reasonable timeframe. Developers’ notes: This includes both ‘minibosses’ (e.g. Hogger, Thorim) and final bosses (e.g. Remembered Onyxia, Ragnaros). Season of Discovery
Hunter Heart of the Lion once again has a 100 yard range. Warrior The Focused Rage rune will now correctly reduce the cost of Meathook by 3. Cataclysm Classic
Fixed an issue where Faerie Fire did not deal intended amounts of threat when used on NPCs targeting another unit.

Due to a bug introduced with the War Within pre-patch, some players are receiving item level 250 gear from the weekly cache.
We've seen numerous reports on Reddit and the official forums that the Last Hurrah weekly quest on live servers drop low-level gear for some players. Apparently, the bug was first introduced with the War Within pre-patch two weeks ago and still hasn't been fixed.
Here's an example of a low item level drop from the Cache of Awakened Treasures by Omnifox.

Week 2 brings quite a few changes, as Hunters in particular rise up, while Shadow has a really bad time. The top 3 remains the same and very consistent, so let's jump in and see what's going on.
      Warcraft Logs Points
The below logs are based on POINTS, and not actual damage or healing, meaning they log the timed completion for the specs, with higher keys getting more points, obviously. The time in which the dungeon is completed is also a factor, but a much, much smaller one, as it grants very few points if you do it significantly faster than just any in-time completion. We're also using the Normalized Aggregate Scores numbers, for clarity, meaning the top spec is marked as 100 and then the rest are ranked in relation to that peak point.
      All Keys
      95th percentile DPS
The top 3 remains quite stable with the Evoker-Paladin-Warrior trio reigning supreme. We see the first change of the week right after that though, as Frost DK continues its upward march in dungeons as well as in raids, taking 4th from Elemental. Both DKs are on the rise, as Unholy also moves a spot up, taking advantage of Shadow's precipitous 5-spot fall to the bottom of the top 10. Arms remains stable as two Hunters burst in, Beast Mastery taking 8th and Marksmanship 9th, as Frost Mage disappears down towards the bottom. Speaking of the bottom, Devastation gets some new roommates there, as Outlaw and Destruction fall and give Enhancement and Feral a break.

Mythic+ All Keys 95th Percentile Data by Warcraft Logs.
      All Percentiles
As with the top percentiles, the top 3 remains solid, but 4th is immediately changed, thanks to Shadow's massive drop in performance this week. The Priest loses even more ground here, falling 9 spots into 13th, opening 4th up for Arms. Beast Mastery moves even higher here, grabbing 5th and moving in front of Elemental and Frost DK, as Marksmanship brings up the rear and completes the Hunter sandwich in 8th. Affliction breaks into the top 10, just ahead of Unholy which dropped to the final spot.

Mythic+ All Keys All Percentile Data by Warcraft Logs.
      Raw DPS U.GG DPS Rankings
U.gg's rankings are based on actual DPS taken from Warcraft Logs data, focusing on the top players and span the past two weeks.
Frost DK finds itself on top in the raw DPS rankings, as Augmentation isn't calculated properly here. Fury and Arms grab the next two spots, moving ahead of Ret, and the Fyr'alath wins continue in 5th, where Unholy finished the legendary axe streak. Even Survival joins the Hunter good times in 8th, where all three specs gather, just ahead of Balance who closes out the top 10.
Mythic+ All Keystone DPS rankings by u.gg.

For even more in-depth data for each individual key head on over to Warcraft Logs. And if you're interested in more info on the specs themselves you can always check out our class guides (updated for the pre-patch), as well as our Mythic+ guides and Mythic+ tier list.

MoP Remix characters that will transfer over to retail will receive a gear boost!
With Patch 11.0.2 now live on Public Test Realms, you can copy over MoP Remix characters from retail! It appears all MoP Remix characters will receive a character boost so you can dive straight into action when the War Within expansion launches.

We can't unfortunately log in to the game with the MoP Remix char on the PTR so we can't confirm the Item Level of gear for max level characters. However, keep in mind that the gear boost will scale with your level, so if you're below max cap, you will receive gear appropriate to your current level.
When Can We Expect MoP Remix Characters to Transfer to Retail?
MoP Remix ends on August 19, so we assume the characters will need to be transferred to retail by August 22 when Early Access begins.
