I'll still play Hunter since it has been my favorite class during my WOW life. Pets are our eternal friends.

I'd like to see Rexxar in my class order hall.

I will be maining a Shaman in Legion, as I have since Vanilla. Me "maining" a class is hardly noticable at 1st because I always end up leveling almost every class to the cap within the 1st couple months. Thrall is my favorite npc, handsdown, forever.

I am choosing my trusty old hunter as my main next expansion. The reason is that while I like being able to choose whether you're a tank, healer or dps like most other classes, the hunter has more dps options, and dps is my main role, it's the one I have most fun with. Sylvanas is awesome, of course, but when Alleria finally becomes an NPC in game, she'll be my favourite, I'm VERY certain.

Death Knight. i thought about warrior, but DK has been my main since i started and i love the lore behind them, plus i love the idea of wielding the shards of frostmourne.

As for an NPC, i would love to see Thaussarion, because i just find him so cool

I am really excited to try demon hunter. My favorite NPC would have to be Thral. I have been busy maxing out every class of the game. I am excited to play every one of them. I think that after I make the demon hunter my next in line will be enhancement shaman. So extremely excited to see what legion holds for all of us.

I've been playing a Mage since I came back for MoP. And I will continue to play him, he's fun to play. Who doesn't like to conjure up some fire, arcane, or frost magic.? My favorite NPC hands down is Illidan Stormage. Better than his brother Malfurion.

I'm planning on maining my Pandaren Monk in Legion since they seem fairly under-represented and I feel that they have a lot of depth to their gameplay. As a healer first and foremost for the last few expansions, I plan to switch it up and play either Brewmaster or Windwalker based on which one I prefer on the ptr (or, hopefully, beta.  I absolutely adore the Pandaren and Pandaria in general so I would love to see some familiar faces such as Lorewalker Cho, Chen Stormstout and Li-Li in my class hall.  Best of luck to everyone who enters the giveaway

Warrior for life!  I've always done Warrior for a long time with every expansion.  Wanting to see how it holds up in Legion.

In my Order Hall, bring back the spirit of Cairne to protect everyone.

What do we say when we are offered a chance to win Legion Beta keys? Not t.To all of our readers: the moment you have been waiting for is here. The second part of our special Legion Beta key giveaway is here. We have 100 keys up for grabs and all you have to do is. read on and find out. Our first Legion Beta key giveaway coincided with Icy Veins' 5th birthday. Your response then was amazing and it was great to see what people are looking forward to for the sixth expansion of World of Warcraft - the game that inspired the creation of this site. Our 5th anniversary may be behind, but we want to turn this giveaway into an Icy Veins celebration as well. As you may or may not have noticed, our site is on a transitional period. We have already changed our main page and our logo; we launched a Discord server; we have recruited a community manager, Blainie, and we have some amazing guide and news writers. Soon, our forums will receive a major makeover too. We said in the previous giveaway that community is important to us. The present giveaway might have been the reason that led you to our site, but we would be delighted if you stayed a little longer. Apart from the various changes that will come soon, we would definitely like to create a vibrant Icy Veins family - both in the forums and in(game) the various Blizzard titles our site covers. Your comments, feedback, analyses and opinions matter. In return and with your help, we can keep creating content that will make you stick around more. Represent your class and win a Legion Beta key. You might have noticed a poll in the beginning of this article and as you've already guessed, it's tied to our question for this second giveaway. Last time, we asked you to expand on your opinions and expectations on Legion. For the present 100 Legion Beta Keys, we require something more specific. Legion is all about class identity. Your main hub for this expansion will be your Class Order Hall, where you will be the leader of your class order into the fight against the Burning Legion. Even specialisations within the same class will be quite distinctive from one another and most specs are receiving major changes. We have two questions for you or - if you'd like - a two-part question. We would like to know which class will be your main one in Legion or, if you are new to the game, which class you are planning on creating first. Moreover, we would like to know which is your favourite class NPC. Various famous NPCs are already present in the respective Order Hall, but which one would you like to see in your class' headquarters? It's not just a poll. When we announce the winners of this giveaway, we will provide you with a graph of the results of this poll. Think about it as a small-scale census: won't it be interesting to know which will be the most popular (or the opposite) classes in Legion? We will only take into consideration the votes in the poll, so we urge you to vote in it. You will also have to leave a comment in this topic to be included in the giveaway. We will also take up the daunting task of reading through your replies in the search of which class NPC is the true star among the fanbase's hearts. We will try to make a second graph or announce the results of the class NPC popularity contest as well. We don't expect the results to reflect reality 100% and we are just doing this for the fun of it. However, you should still tell every WoW player you know to take part in our poll and giveaway, since a bigger sample will mean more accurate results. And don't worry: our winners are chosen randomly and not depending on which class comes first. Rules Make sure to read the following rules, before you participate:While voting in the poll is encouraged to help us with our data gathering, it is not necessary. You must however provide a relevant reply in this topic, detailing your class pick and your favourite class NPC.The giveaway will end on Tuesday 17th of May at 23:59 GMT.Only one comment will be counted per person. The winner will be drawn randomly from all the comments that are deemed "acceptable".It is at our discretion which comments will be deemed acceptable, based on the extent to which they stay relevant to this article. We will not release the dates on which the keys will be released, as Blizzard have requested us not to do so.The comments section will be checked via a bot used in previous giveaways, so multiple comments will be found. We have tools to detect cheating, so please don't bother. We reserve the right to stop anyone competing if we believe they are cheating. We understand class rivalry can get a little intense. Please keep it civil in this topic; anyone who starts flaming or trolling will not be considered as a participant.Good luck to everyone and let's see some class pride.

I'm going to main my priest this expansion. Haven't played him much since cata and I'm excited to pick him back up.

My favorite priest NPC would be Tyrande Whisperwind. I loved playing her hero character in War3 and was one of the main reasons my priest was initially a Night Elf.

I would like to play Druid. I had been playing Druid from 4.0. Although i play all the class, Druid is always my favorite class.

Druid is so coooooooooool, I can become tank, healer or DPS with the same character.

Well, i don't know who can join the Druid order hall, it seems that the Druid heroes or famous are dead QAQ

My main class in legion will either be Death Knight or Shaman, for the death knight order hall I would like to see the soul of arthas, (maybe trapped inside a cage?). As for the shaman order hall I would like to see Orgrim Doomhammer telling us lore about the hammer.

For the Elements. Not to mention we get Doomhammer. And one of the coolest class halls. Have you seen where we customize our Weapon?. It's epic. Thrall of course is my favorite NPC for Shaman. Even though he's lost a lot of his shine. But we'll help him get it back I'm sure. Hope he comes by the Maelstrom.

I have been a mage since World of Warcraft started and she will always be my main. She has been arcane for quite awhile now but was originally fire and I may swap back to that spec as I have been hearing good things regarding fire for Legion. I am also very excited to make a demon hunter and try it. I would like to have Jaina Proudmoore or Illidan as an npc in my class hall.

We have another triple entry in the hotfix ledger, as Radiant Echoes gets more improvements in retail, while Season of Discovery and Cata Classic get additional class changes.
       August 7  (Source)
      Player-characters
Steady Flight should no longer be removed after entering an Arena. Quests
We tuned up the Prototype Shredder MK-03 so that “Eye for an Eye” can be completed. Radiant Echoes Event
Increased Flightstone and upgrade Crest drop rates in the event. Reduced the HP scaling on all event bosses so that they should be killable in a more-reasonable timeframe. Developers’ notes: This includes both ‘minibosses’ (e.g. Hogger, Thorim) and final bosses (e.g. Remembered Onyxia, Ragnaros). Season of Discovery
Hunter Heart of the Lion once again has a 100 yard range. Warrior The Focused Rage rune will now correctly reduce the cost of Meathook by 3. Cataclysm Classic
Fixed an issue where Faerie Fire did not deal intended amounts of threat when used on NPCs targeting another unit.

Due to a bug introduced with the War Within pre-patch, some players are receiving item level 250 gear from the weekly cache.
We've seen numerous reports on Reddit and the official forums that the Last Hurrah weekly quest on live servers drop low-level gear for some players. Apparently, the bug was first introduced with the War Within pre-patch two weeks ago and still hasn't been fixed.
Here's an example of a low item level drop from the Cache of Awakened Treasures by Omnifox.

Week 2 brings quite a few changes, as Hunters in particular rise up, while Shadow has a really bad time. The top 3 remains the same and very consistent, so let's jump in and see what's going on.
      Warcraft Logs Points
The below logs are based on POINTS, and not actual damage or healing, meaning they log the timed completion for the specs, with higher keys getting more points, obviously. The time in which the dungeon is completed is also a factor, but a much, much smaller one, as it grants very few points if you do it significantly faster than just any in-time completion. We're also using the Normalized Aggregate Scores numbers, for clarity, meaning the top spec is marked as 100 and then the rest are ranked in relation to that peak point.
      All Keys
      95th percentile DPS
The top 3 remains quite stable with the Evoker-Paladin-Warrior trio reigning supreme. We see the first change of the week right after that though, as Frost DK continues its upward march in dungeons as well as in raids, taking 4th from Elemental. Both DKs are on the rise, as Unholy also moves a spot up, taking advantage of Shadow's precipitous 5-spot fall to the bottom of the top 10. Arms remains stable as two Hunters burst in, Beast Mastery taking 8th and Marksmanship 9th, as Frost Mage disappears down towards the bottom. Speaking of the bottom, Devastation gets some new roommates there, as Outlaw and Destruction fall and give Enhancement and Feral a break.

Mythic+ All Keys 95th Percentile Data by Warcraft Logs.
      All Percentiles
As with the top percentiles, the top 3 remains solid, but 4th is immediately changed, thanks to Shadow's massive drop in performance this week. The Priest loses even more ground here, falling 9 spots into 13th, opening 4th up for Arms. Beast Mastery moves even higher here, grabbing 5th and moving in front of Elemental and Frost DK, as Marksmanship brings up the rear and completes the Hunter sandwich in 8th. Affliction breaks into the top 10, just ahead of Unholy which dropped to the final spot.

Mythic+ All Keys All Percentile Data by Warcraft Logs.
      Raw DPS U.GG DPS Rankings
U.gg's rankings are based on actual DPS taken from Warcraft Logs data, focusing on the top players and span the past two weeks.
Frost DK finds itself on top in the raw DPS rankings, as Augmentation isn't calculated properly here. Fury and Arms grab the next two spots, moving ahead of Ret, and the Fyr'alath wins continue in 5th, where Unholy finished the legendary axe streak. Even Survival joins the Hunter good times in 8th, where all three specs gather, just ahead of Balance who closes out the top 10.
Mythic+ All Keystone DPS rankings by u.gg.

For even more in-depth data for each individual key head on over to Warcraft Logs. And if you're interested in more info on the specs themselves you can always check out our class guides (updated for the pre-patch), as well as our Mythic+ guides and Mythic+ tier list.

MoP Remix characters that will transfer over to retail will receive a gear boost!
With Patch 11.0.2 now live on Public Test Realms, you can copy over MoP Remix characters from retail! It appears all MoP Remix characters will receive a character boost so you can dive straight into action when the War Within expansion launches.

We can't unfortunately log in to the game with the MoP Remix char on the PTR so we can't confirm the Item Level of gear for max level characters. However, keep in mind that the gear boost will scale with your level, so if you're below max cap, you will receive gear appropriate to your current level.
When Can We Expect MoP Remix Characters to Transfer to Retail?
MoP Remix ends on August 19, so we assume the characters will need to be transferred to retail by August 22 when Early Access begins.
