How do I report a problem with the site?

In order for us to be able to help you as quickly and efficiently as possible, there are a few things that can really help us identify the problem's source, such as:

• What are you browsing from? (computer, tablet, phone, etc.)
• If you are using a mobile device, are you accessing the site directly or using an app to get here? (Twitter, for example)
• Where does the problem occur? 
• Was it a one-time thing or does it occur multiple times?
• Can you provide screenshots displaying the problem? (This is especially useful when reporting a problem with an advert, for example)

Depending on the cause of the problem, one of us will aim to get back to you ASAP and help to resolve the issue.
