Do I have to keep envenom 100% up time even though it only lasts 7 seconds which is ridiculous short! Do I keep rupture at 5cp at all times? I'm doing about avg 45-50k DPS avg as assassin in raid as ilvl 693. Sorry I don't have any dps log at this moment.
