Valazdin 0 Report post Posted July 21, 2016 I'm reading the BM hunter stats and I see this: Haste increases your attack speed and Focus regeneration, reduces your Global Cooldown from 1.5 seconds to a minimum of 0.750 seconds, and reduces the cooldown on your Kill Command, Dire Beast, Dire Frenzy, and Chimaera Shot abilities. With a minimum of .75, does that mean that haste has a cap? or does the haste continue to reduce the cooldown of Dire beast till its 0 seconds? How does that work.
