bluelibra925 0 Report post Posted August 9, 2016 So, Exsanguinate just got a pretty big nerf. Quote Exsanguinate now causes bleeds to tick 100% faster, down from 400% faster. I was just wondering if this would cause another build to become viable or even preferable, as I was never too excited about exsanguinate anyway?
