Need mouseover macro help

I'm new to using macros, is there any way to make my healing ones work with the default raid frames.

using [@mouseover] will apply it as a mouse over.

 

Example:

#showtooltip
/use [@mouseover, help][help][@player] HealingTouch;

 

This will use healing touch on your mouse over friendly target, otherwise on your target, otherwise on yourself. (It will heal Mouseover > target > you)
