When I get my all bleeds (rupture, garrote, hemo) on target and then use exsanguinate, should I let them tick down faster all the way to 0, then refresh ?
Or should I just refresh like normal 30% or less duration remaining. I don't know if that messes with the exsanguinate timing thing.
I'm pretty new to rogue.

I've been thinking about Shadow Reflection and how it interacts with Rupture. When Shadow Reflection casts Rupture it puts on a version that should last ~30 seconds, but as soon as your Shadow Reflection is finished, the Rupture that it applied is removed.
Am I wrong in thinking that having your shadow apply rupture is a waste and you should instead spend the combo points to cast another envenom since it will be a larger damage spike? Granted, if you need to refresh Rupture during Shadow Reflection there is no avoiding it, but it just seems like a waste to get ~4 ticks of rupture out.

Hi, i've been reading some controversial stuff about this.
Should i open with Garrote on pull(With Subterfuge talent) ? Should I be casting Garrote during Shadow Dance ? During Vanish/Subterfuge ?
I've read that Garrote is useless atm compared to Ambush.
Thanks.

Thank you , Icy-Veins, for the 5.0.4 rogue class guides. As always, they've been tremendously helpful in the process of setting up the optimal rotations, cooldown usage, reforge, gems, enchants, etc.
I have a question about skipping Rupture for Combat Rogues and the subsequent DPS loss in doing so.
Unlike, Assassination with Venomous Wounds and Subtlety with Sanguinary Vein, Combat has no passive abilities that boost the benefits of Rupture. I believe skipping Rupture would be less of a dps loss for Combat compared to Assassination and Subtlety.
What would SimCraft advise for level 90 Combat Rogues with T14 gear?
