Boost to 100-- still available?

Now that Legion has launched, if the expansion is purchased, is the "boost to level 100" for one character still available?

Well at least at the Amazon page fort he add-on it still say’s that you get a free boost to level 100.  The only thing you did get for preorder which you don’t get now is the head start access to the demon hunter

Yes, the free boost is still available if you buy either the regular of deluxe version. But if you need more boost you can buy additional boost for $60/usd in the shop part at the character selection screen.
