Is stam a stat with non-zero weight for Demo?

I have a few assumptions which might be wrong, so please correct me, but our pet health scales off of our stamina, which in turn increases the damage dealt by Thal'Kiel's Consumption. So shouldn't Stamina have a non-zero stat weighting? I know it'll be miniscule, but when weighing up a poorly itemized legendary neck or ring against a well itemized ~830 it's worth taking into account.

It's not really relevant in comparison between an 830 and a legendary (895), as the values of the other stats would more than make up for this.

However, this would be interesting to see how this would apply on items at a much closer scale.
