Am i doing something wrong?

Hey, im playing Boomkin since the Legion pre-patch and my dmg was pretty good compared to other classes, but now im at 851 ilvl and still see people doing more dmg with less gear than me. In burst mode I do like 300k dps and longer fights about 200-260k dps. Am I doing something wrong or is this just bad balancing?

My stats are: 19% crit; 23% haste; 27% mastery; 8% versatility

Will take a proper look this weekend. Until then, perhaps someone else can see if anything needs improving.
