Focused rage, bar space and rotation

Im having a little trouble figuring out if im doing everything ok and also im running out of bar space for hotkey.

So my rotation looks like this:  q- charge, mouse scrooll up to activate macroed avatar and battle cry, E- colossus smash, F- focused rage, hamstring and slam macro 3 times, R- mortal strike. I have also G binded for leap and mouse scroll down for whirlwind, 1 for warbreaker, 2 for bladestorm and 3 for defensive cd.

 So im curious how can i make some space for fr and slam buttons then outside of battle cry  and mby cleave ? Mby i can macro something else?

4 and 5 are still pretty easy to reach, as is T, Z, X, C

but how can i bind them? do i need addon or something, cause it seems like only main bar can be hotkeyed

Do you have the extra action bars enabled in the interface?

yes,above the main one

Head into the key bindings section of the game and look for the Extra Action Bars portion in the list, you should be able to bind more keys. 

If not, download Bartender the addon.
