Feral Druid Relic: Need explanation or validation

If I am understanding this right, Do I need Razor Fangs in all 3 slots?

Or is the guide saying 3.1:1, 3.1:2, and 3.1:3 as in the respective order of the slots from left to right?

As in Razor Fangs in slot 1, Tear the Flesh or Ashamane's Energy in the  slot 2, and Feral Instinct or Feral Power in slot 3?

I hope its the first way or I think I have messed up.

If you can get all 3 Razor Fangs relics, then you're doing well. That is ideal.

You need Razor Fangs because +25% of your dps is just from RIP, and the last Artifact Upgrade clones your Rip which do about 9-12% of your damage again.

Relics bonus are not unique you can add 3 same.

Yeah, it's mental how important those RF relics are to Feral. Think they have the most reliance on relics in the game.
