Granted these are subject to change, but worth discussing.
Some fairly minor changes, however, I'm not turning down any buffs :)
The increased chance to gain runes is more significant than the Breath of Sindragosa buff, but...
In reality there is no change to rotations, and whether we go Breath instead of Oblitaration/GA is going to go back on the table.. but I doubt it's made it mandatory.
Thoughts?

I play a Combat Rogue and noticed that on the PTR Death From Above is getting a ~25% buff to it's AOE. Now I know that Venom Rush is best at the moment due to it's raw energy regen, however I was wondering when there was a scenario where DFA becomes a dps increase?
I'm not great at theorycrafting but I hope that some people are more knowledged on the effectiveness of DFA?
I really want to use DFA.
DFA.

Commentary/explanation with our best attempt (unfortunately we stopped testing early).
(Mostly) for those of you who didn't get to experience the fight during the PTR test period. Enjoy

So me and my brother decided to download the PTR client. We both copied a char and are downloading as we speak.
We are both quite experienced players, yet we have never done PTR shiz.
So a couple of simple questions.
What should be the first objective for me starting the ptr. Are there any requirements to enter raid testing and such it is advised to take things with you (inventory, such as gems/flasks/tables/unameit) before copying your char. What does my character gain and lose on the ptr. I have tried bot the eu and us battle.net forums and only found a bunch of posts about specific classes/encounters.
Since I'm starting with this, I figured I was to ask Icy-Veins for opinion.
Cheersz

I like the look of these. Almost quells my rage about unique legendary cloaks. Almost. But seriously, really good new stuff for blood.
Blood
Riposte is a new passive ability learned by Blood Death Knights at level 76. When the Death Knight dodges or parries any attack, they gain 50% of their Parry and Dodge as additional bonus to Critical Strike for 20 seconds. Dancing Rune Weapon no longer costs Runic Power. Dodge and parry back en vouge? Madness.
And now, maybe I'll even use DRW...I don't think I've used it on one boss this tier.
