lmendonca 16 Report post Posted September 22, 2016 you need to unlock all traits leading to Mind Shattering. luck for us is that Mass Hysteria is at the end of this path. we have a relic for that trait but placing the relic alone don't let put another rank with AP Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
