Question about stats and rage problem.

I feel like im suppose to have more haste but i couldnt find anywhere about a minimum amount of haste i should have. im sitting at 4%. I have 84% mastery 7% crit and 9% versatility. I dont know if not having enough haste is making me run out of rage or if its my rotation. I run the FR deadly calm anger management and dauntless spec. I slap mugs when i have rage but my dps dips so bad when im just sitting there with no rage

I mean, there isn't a necessary amount of Haste you need to have, no.

Can you show me a log of you playing the spec? It can help assess why these huge starvation issues are happening.
