In short, if you're wanting the build that does the most damage then, yes, that's the Focused Rage build. However if you simply do not enjoy that playstyle, don't go that route. I personally dislike it as well and had been running the build that Blainie is referencing but the difference between the two are about 40% (60k+). You can either be a 200k arms warrior or you can be a 260k+ arms warrior. The dps difference is significant. So significant that I'll probably drop the warrior even though I very much enjoy the non-FR build. I can't stand the FR rotation but am not going to see myself ranked only in the 50-60 percentile of all other arms warriors for my gear any longer.
