The Black Market Auction House allows players to get hands on unique items, rare mounts, transmogs, but do you know where Madam Goya moved for Legion?

When first introduced, the Black Market Auction House was located in Veiled Stairs, in Pandaria. 

In Warlords of Draenor, Madam Goya moved to Nagrand, the Ring of Blood.

And because she's such a traveller at heart, the Legion expansion makes no difference. Her new home is Dalaran's Underbelly (coords 69/15). She's located in the northeastern hexagonal room.

Finally, here's the new Black Market in its full glory, but there are some changes to go through in Legion.

Madam Goya is in a PvP zone, which can make bidding quite painful. Once you die, the corpse run may very well mean a lost or won bid. The Black Market has never before been located in a capital city. Expect more competition. So what's different?

• The Underbelly has two entrances in Dalaran - (34/45 & 59/47).
  • There's also a well in front of the bank which teleports you to a random Underbelly spot when jumped into. 
• By default the Underbelly is under guard (with no allowed PvP); indicated by the Sewer Guards buff.
• Underbelly Captain Raethan can be bribed to call off guards for 50 Sightless Eyes.
• What happens is all players will get flagged for PvP > No Guards that can turn your bidding into an utter nightmare.
• To prevent ganking you can hire a personal guard from Raethan that prevents you from attacking others and vice-versa at the cost of 5 Gold/ 5 minutes > Hired Guard.

Auctions

It's important to know which auctions are up in the Black Auction House on your realm, if you're willing to get your hands on certain items, which is why there's a website that will be useful, once you're not in-game.

I skipped MOP at the time, but going back through it... how did Blizzard not get crucified for how overtly racist it was?

Probably because it wasn't considered racist to borrow elements from existing cultures to create stories and themes until very recently. I remember a time not too long ago where everyone was excited by the idea of the melting pot, rather than forcing segregation by claiming any attempt to enjoy or participate in ethnic cultures in media as being racist.

That's not really what I meant.  I was talking more about characterizing the Chinese as kung-fu practicing alcoholics, the 'dragon lady' stereotype that many female Pandaren seem to be using, the simplemindedness of characters like Cousin Slowhands, etc.

It's not new that blizzard loves to create EVERY existing stereotypes in wow...  the game always been like that.

Much more people are used to see this type of "humor" from Blizzard so they're less likely to notice theses things. I'm not defending them, just trying to answer your question.

As with Latino/Hispanic, Chinese is not a race.  You're talking about ethnocentrism, but it's odd to perceive such in MoP but not perceive it in your everyday life regarding America, American culture, and American people.

Regardless, it's a video game, not a history book.  Video games are replete with gender, nationality, racial, and ethnic stereotypes.  Pandaria is inspired by portions of Chinese lore and history (reflecting the same entertainment and mythology promulgated endlessly within China), and you have to come in with a pretty jaundiced eye to think the fantasy civilization it presents is anything but flatteringly beautiful and inherently good.

Maybe am I confused, but as far as her locationmis concerned, and for those who are allergic to PvP

You can buy a body guard that lasts 5 minutes and prevenrs you from being attacked, or;

You can see her in your Draenor garrison.

Well, for 10,000ish years, the dwarves have been gun toting alcoholics which in every state of the union,to my knowledge, is a actual crime, not just one of the litany of social nuances classified as 'racist.'

Does that mean I want the dwarves turned into gender-neutral, monochrome 8-bit pixie creatures who love everyone according to their needs?
