Got a lot of trinkets, no idea which to use

Hey guys!

I got 5 trinkets and I'm not really sure which one is the best for either ST or AoE!

My trinkets are:

Bloodthirsty Instinct is BiS, so always use that.  I'd use Tirathon's betrayal alongside it personally, though I'd have to sim it to be sure.
