This is some other dude...

Now look at immolate.. Why has his hit 100 times, while mine has hit 36, with almost 100% uptime? Am im going full retard with my class this expansion?

He cast it more than twice as much as you. You cast it 25 times, he cast it 58 times. From the damage spread it looks like he was multi-dotting like a mofo and you weren't as much.

Okay so im assuming he was immolating all the tentacles in last phase. Is this to pat the meter, since this is pretty much useless dmg, or is the time spend immolating a fuckton of tentacles worth it when you get to spam chaos bolt on boss?

Ty for help guys :)

In my very limited experience and I actually asked this question in another thread it appears that spreading Immolate so you are at the point where you can spam CBs is a DPS gain. The issue, at least for me, was finding the balance. I actually overdid it became capped on shards and so yes it turned into padding to a point. Still though my damage was noticeably higher to Xavius in the last phase with much more CB casts (your casts did not seem to change so much but you had quite a small damage peak right on the kill when you got the buff pre-MC). Reviake also had BL in the third phase and hence would have had a good head start on the tentacles.

He/she also did much more damage on the littler adds and also quite abit more on the big one. So just seems they are very good at target swapping and getting in damge before their guildies step in. My fellow guildy tends to beat me on this as well but one day I will be ahead!

Yea i mean the small adds pretty much get killed before i can get an incenerate to hit them, so i can forget about hitting those. I should have decent damage on the large add, since wreak havoc, and it should have 100% uptime on xavius while im pounding the add. But i guess just try to find a golden point between immolating and spamming chaos bolt....

Anything else you can conclude from my logs? Used to be a really good demo lock last expansion, so this just feels too simple, and i am underperforming compared to what i should/want

As you can compare logs then you are pretty much set in improving your performance. For some people it takes time though to break old habits and learn new muscle memory.

I had a look at your Ursoc kill.  One of the biggest issues there was lack of casts (and especially lower CBs). If you do not know the fight and/or have a guild that likes to move 20 yards when 10 will suffice then that is to be expected but just be aware of it. So just in case you do not know try to save instants for moving (though do not cap), minimise movement when you do have to move and if there is a required move coming (like on Ursoc puddles) you can stagger your movement when you have instants.

Cauterise Master are you triggering that? I'm not sure it's worth the DPS loss. If it's on auto I would suggest to take it off.

Do you have Lord of the Flames arty trait?

You casted Immolate early a few times (I think).

Wreck Havoc is useless on a ST fight though yeah changing talents a lot is expensive.

Perhaps missed several Conflag casts. Perhaps missed some Rift casts. All of these are harder to calculate (especially with a lot of people having the Ripper trait). Do not be capped/do not end the fight with stacks.

What trinky do you have? As dumping all 3 rifts at the start with no BL probably isn't ideal when you know you will have to move soonish.

Eradication seems a little low.

Capped Shards a few times. If you know you are going to have to Conflag or have to move soon try not to be on 4 shards.

Do you have a useable racial? Not sure what you play.

You do good stuff as well but not much point telling you that :)

Hope this helped and be aware there always may be errors.

Yea was getting to know destro again on that fight. May move too much, Shitty artifact traits, as i started out healing for the guild, so im behind.
But i pretty much know all this stuff, so i guess just practise and eventually ill get good again ;D

Not missing any fancy tricks then

<Fun is for Casuals> is a serious but casual horde guild on US-Hyjal. We are serious about raiding without the intense hours. Even when recruitment status is none, we will accept exceptional applications for all classes.
Our raid times are Tuesday and Thursday from 5:30PM to 8:30PM server (PST) with raid invitations sent out a few minutes prior to that.
We're interested in you if you fit the following criteria:
Raid attendance is essential. We don't want people sitting on the bench but we also want to make sure we're raiding 6 hours per week. We expect you to be available for at least 90% of our raids. Be on time and prepared for raids. This includes flasks and other consumables. Discord is mandatory and a working mic is desired. You're appropriately geared for our current content. Effort and thought have been put into your gear/gem/enchant choices. You wouldn't show up for a job interview looking like a *filtered*, why would you apply to a guild with improper gems or some insane spec? You're up to date with your class. We expect our raiders to perform to the best of their abilities. You have a computer that's not run with hamster power or requires a hand crank. Some encounters are taxing on a computer's resources so if your toon can't even handle Orgrimmar it's not likely to do well with 20+ whelps that need AOE'ing. You may be interested in us because:
<Fun is for Casuals> uses the personal loot system. There is no loot council, or DKP. We won't eat your babies the first time you stand in something you have no business being in. Repeatedly do it and we'll break out the bibs and BBQ sauce. We provide a limited amount of consumables and flasks on hard mode raid nights.  Discord isn't a circus during raids. We're focused on the job at hand and you should be too. We don't want someone to miss a an interrupt because they were distracted by fart jokes. We are not interested in you if you fit the following criteria:
You roll on BoE items then sell them. Unwilling/unable to spend an entire evening on one boss during progression. While this is rare, it can happen. Drama queens. If you have a problem bring it up to E. This is his job. Don't announce it in guild chat or during a raid. Your issue will have nothing to do with 99% of the guild. You are 17 or younger. We try to keep guild and discord chat PG-13 but occasionally a few four letter words appear out of nowhere. Additionally, we don't want someone's mom interrupting their raiding to get homework or the dishes done. Follow the instructions at https://gow.gg/fun-is-for-casuals under the Recruitment tab if you would like to apply.

Welcome Adventurers! The time has come upon us, FINALLY! The moment in Classic WoW history us diehard, loyal WoW nerds have all been waiting for. WRATH CLASSIC! Arthas Did Nothing Wrong (ADNW) has just begun recruiting (For WotLK Classic) hard-core, casual, rp, pvp, pve, raiders, anything you can think of, you are welcomed here. Although our main focus in ADNW will be progressive raiding, 10 and 25 man and pvp content, we look to have someone for just about anything. Currently we are recruiting for our CORE 10M team composed entirely of irl / internet homies. We are in need of just 1 HEALER (Highly prefer a disc priest with a shadow off spec) and another DPS. Preferably lock or Shadow priest. We are looking to fill our B 10m team entirely, so we can pool together for 25 man’s when it comes time to crush 25m. This guild was founded by a group of tight nit friends recently, who have been around since TBC. WOTLK was our turning point in WoW, and we CANNOT wait to get another crack at this and MAKE IT RIGHT. Come join the adventure of a chill environment full of helpful hands and knowledge. Feel free to reach out to me Via Discord: Daevilmonkiexp#9239 OR Bnet: Daevilmonkie#1280 just let me know you are interested in the guild and we can have a convo! ARTHAS DID NOTHING WRONG!

I am going the corpselance support build for Necromancer and the build has me taking Corpselance with Brittle and the pestilence set on top of that, if I were to take off the ability Corpselance and change it to another ability say for example Bone Spikes with Frost spikes, would the damage decrease an amount that it would not be worth it?

      Hi Team
I am recently returning from a few years away from the game and I have decided to go back to my much loved main throughout wrath, the feral druid. I have always been a cut above the rest and managed to be top dps all through wrath.
I was reading your guide and noticed in the talents you don't take savage roar. Can you explain the match behind this as to me it seems like the more viable option.
