Destro Best in Slot items in wowbis are wrong, right?

I've found this webpage where, in theory, they tell you your best items in slot.

 

If our best stats are Haste and Crit, why is this webpage telling me to get lots of Mastery in my tier?

 

Can't understand anything.

I only looked quickly but this seems like raid gear only (no mythic plus) and hence the choice is rather limited in what stats you can get (mastery mastery and more mastery). As to whether it is the best in the raid that is a different thing.

I didnt even know wowbis was still around. They always were fairly poor in their recommendations.

So, shall I stick to Icy Veins' recommendations then?

Personally I use multiple different resources for all gear, talent and rotation decisions. Sticking to one is not a good idea in my opinion. Again Icy Veins are only showing raid loot which is fine of course if you are already clearing some of mythic EN.
