Need help with stat priority

There seems to be some confusing stat weights;

1. Basics

The stat priority for a Fire Mage is:

1. Critical Strike;
2. Intellect;
3. Mastery;
4. Versatility.
5. Haste;

1.1. Stat Weights

These values are calculated for a single target. Mastery pulls slightly ahead of Critical Strike on cleave and AoE.

 

1. Intellect: 1.00
2. Critical Strike: 1.30
3. Versatility: 0.84
4. Haste: 0.81
5. Mastery: 0.76

 

Whats is my single target stat priority and what do i stack for something say a cleave fight if its different?

There is nothing confusing about the stat weights. 

 

The priority is to stack Crit.   INT > Crit > Mastery.  Get as much Crit as possible.  Even if it means dropping ilvl or losing Mastery.
