when and how long to use assa spec and is the guide up to date?

Hi i have recently switched from outlaw to assasination and just wondering if the icy veins guide is up to date.

As in not to use Hemorrage or Exanguinate.

Asking cause other rogues tells me to use it and since its new to me i dont know what to trust atm.

Or does it come down to different encounters?

And what should i gem and enchant for.

We are currently running Heroic.

Another question is @ what point do i need to be switching over to sub or should i aim for that already?

Gems and enchants are covered in the guide

Look at the FAQ and Patch Notes discussions for when to use Exsang or Agonizing Poisons. Both talents are viable at different gear levels
