Hazerider 0 Report post Posted October 17, 2016 The Outlaw guide (as well as other guides I've seen on other sites) recommends going for the last golden trait, Blurred Time, after Blunderbuss. Could anyone tell me how it works exactly and why it's better than getting Fortune's Boon first? I assume it makes all your ability cooldowns tick faster during AR, but does that include Curse of the Dreadblades? If not, is it really worth putting 3 points into Black Powder to get it when you could get Fortune's Boon first and just straight up get a shorter CD on AR (though you'd potentially miss out on slightly reduced CDs on Kick, CloS, MfD and other stuff)? I'm not doubting the guide, I'm just wondering if I'm missing something.

The short answer is it's not a huge difference either way AR's cooldown gets reduced with TB buff anyways
