[EU-Frostwhisper][H] Nobody Important Died (10man) 11/13 HC 3d/week!

Nobody Important Died is a (semi-)hardcore raiding guild created a few weeks into (November 5) Mists of Pandaria. Since we don't have a lot of raiding days, we try to make the most out of the hours we have. Mature and active raiders are very much wanted.

Raiding Days:

Thursday 19:45 - 23:00

Sunday 19:45 - 23:00

Tuesday 19:45 - 23:00

We have signups on calendar on mondays and wednesdays for extra optional raids. Our current members only sign up for that if they're totally free that night and WANT to raid. If we so happen to have enough signups, we have the extra raid. We don't force people to accept those raids.

Recruitment:

Warlock - High

Shadow Priest - Medium

What we expect from you:

- Gear fully enchanted, reforged and gemmed.

- Have two USEFUL raiding professions.

- Have a high attendancy (90% or higher).

- Bring your own flasks and pots. We provide feasts.

- Be able to speak and write understandable English.

- We use mumble as voip, so make sure to have it installed.

- Mature enough to settle unavoidable arguments without causing guilddrama.

- Be on time for raids!

Loot System:

We use some form of LootCouncil as our loot system. The loot basically goes to the person with the lowest item level (providing all raiders have the same amount of attendance), unless it is a BiS item for someone. If the item levels are around the same, we roll for it.

We expect you to not cause guild drama over loot. If you feel like you earned/had a better upgrade from a piece of gear, whisper one of the officers. Gear comes overtime anyway.

If we are not recruiting your class, don't hesitate to apply. We take all serious applications into consideration! If you want to join as social, just whisper anyone of the core raid team. They can invite you.
