Sub looking for advice

Hey guys

So i've got decent ilvl gear and my stat optimisation while not great isn't terrible, yet my dps is relatively poor. I've spent several hours trying to thigger out where i'm going wrong but I just can't see it. I sim for 380k dps and yet I average more of a 290k dps in a raid environment resulting in disappointing percentiles (especially for my ilvl). If anyone can find any improves I can make on either my gear or rotation that would be appreciated.

Worth mentioning is that i've switched between  Master of subtlety and Weaponmaster talents and struggle to find a consistent difference in dps between the two. My uptime on nightblade averages about 95% which obviously isnt 100% and my symbols of death is not 100% on some bosses; check Ursoc heroic for a more accurate representation of my rotation without being distracted by mechanics.

I feel like I should be doing more of a 335k on that HC Ursoc at the very least and yet i'm not even close. Cheers guys.

While I think Weaponmaster can prove to be more damage, Master of Subtlety is more reliable particularly for Single Target. Weaponmaster is more useful for AoE fights where you'll be taking advantage of Shuriken Storm over Shadowstrike once you have the Second Shuriken trait.

Your SoD uptime is good; while your Nightblade could improve I don't think it's all that big a deal. You're fitting in 4 SS to each Dance except when you need to refresh SoD so that's all good. You'll gain a lot of damage from Potion of the Old War as well, which will help make up some of that missing damage on Ursoc
