Help with low dps Outlaw

Hi there, I'm new to these forums but I think I need help with http://eu.battle.net/wow/en/character/zuljin/Hyorn/advanced

I'm very low in monotarget bosses and reading the logs https://www.warcraftlogs.com/guilds/157547/, I follow your guide and I see that the uptime of RtB is very low in some encounters, I'm working in that with Weak Auras but I need some help because 150k is VERY LOW :(

As you work on your Roll the Bones uptime (it should be very close to 100%), read through the post here about how to use RtB correctly. It's at the top of the forums and will help out a lot.
