Mythic+ Outlaw Cannonball Barrage vs Alacrity

Hi all,

I'm a fairly new rogue and enjoyed Outlaw enough to dump most of my AP into it. I'm slowly building up AP to sink into Assassination since that's the new FOTM spec to go, but heard Outlaw wasn't terrible at Mythic+.  My question is, is it better to go Cannonball Barrage or Alacrity as an Outlaw rogue?

In short the answer is "yes"

They're both viable - CBarr is better with larger pulls, or if you need to break for longer than 20s where Alacrity will drop. That said, CBarr is a pretty significant loss against bosses, so if you're worried about single target damage as you get higher into M+ you may want to stick with Alacrity full time
