Assassination Rogue Help

I just wanted to ask a few questions I did not see listed on the main screen...

I am currently trying assassination build but can't seem to get my DPS where I need it. I do not mind uploading logs but would still like to see based on my stats where I am messing up....

Stat Distro 

* Crit - 32%

* Haste - 7%

* Mastery 107%

*Versatility 8%

Just completed Heroic Neth and finished 286 DPS which does seem low to me. If my stats are the issue please let me know what I am missing.

Just about the stats - you have too much mastery and too low versatility for exsanguinate build, you will benefit from agonizing poison a lot more.

Pretty much what MrOger said, switch to mastery enchants and gems and go for the agonizing poison talent, you should see DPS gains immediately, other then that I guess you'll just have to be blessed by the rng gods and have a legendary or two drop. Stat prio for poison build will be Mastery > Crit > Vers > Haste, we will be able to give more tailored and personalised information once we see logs and how you are playing the spec.

Without logs I can't really do anything to help you.

While I wouldn't really guarantee the DPS gain that the other two mentioned, it's entirely possible that you see a benefit from swapping to Agonizing instead of Exsang - that said, I'm sure there are things you can change about playing the Exsang build that will increase your DPS more

31% crit

10% haste

85% mastery

13% versatillity.

Should i go with agonazing poison aswell? :-)

With those stats I would go with exsanguinate

3% crit? You have a lot of Mastery, but if that's your real amount of Crit you should be stacking it a bit. With that amount, you should go AP.

I'm using the poison build with
33% Crit
3% Haste
151% Mastery
1% Vers

I'm getting to the point where I'm wondering if I should stop stacking so much mastery and pick up more crit/vers. Still learning how to rogue :D

You need to get more crit man, you are going to struggle without crit playing sin, but definitely with that amount of mastery you want AP
