Vithika 0 Report post Posted October 27, 2016 Hey I am looking for a way to inflict a small amount of fire damage constantly to myself as with the new cloak in kara that increases my movement speed by 50% if i take fire damage combined with the outlaw rogue legendary that increases my run through damage based on my bonus movement speed.
