iylia 0 Report post Posted October 28, 2016 With some of the changes in the EN trinkets, was just wondering for a recommendation on what I should be using. I have the following trinkets: Swarming Plaguehive (865) Stormsinger Fulmination Charge (850) Devilsaur Shock-Baton (835) Unstable Horrorslime (860) + Socket Bough of Corruption (860) I am wondering what trinkets I should be using for ST, 2 Targets and Mythic+ Dungeons. Any suggestions?
Xenikel 0 Report post Posted October 28, 2016 Plaguehive and Shock-Baton is what I would recommend here. But do some testing. I know both those trinkets are really strong for Destruction. Heres a simcraft for trinks, keep in mind this is all ST. http://downloads.simulationcraft.org/Gahddo/destro_raid_trinkets.html For 2-target cleave Plaguehive and Shock-baton is my go to. Swagsurfer 1 Report post Posted November 1, 2016 Is this updated for 7.1? Otherwise i would love to see a new one with the buff on that one trinket. I have so many different trinkets aswell, but i cant decide what do use =/
spikeysquad 50 Report post Posted November 1, 2016 (edited) The last I heard was that the new ones are still being coded into SimulationCraft (and buffs applied) so waiting on the lists. I agree on the Plaguehive but I personally would not use the Shockbaton though at that item level. This is just an opinion though, nothing to back it up. Helly 0 Report post Posted November 10, 2016 Guys, socket in trinket can count of how many +ilvl? 5-10?
Lockybalboa 618 Report post Posted November 10, 2016 Depends on the trinket but normally 5ish
Naglash 0 Report post Posted November 11, 2016 For AoE Aran's Relaxing Ruby from Kara can do insane dmg. It was my #2 damaging spell in H EN on Il'Gynoth. I swap between that and Wriggling Sinew while keeping Swarming Plaguehive on always.
Euko 0 Report post Posted November 16, 2016 I have no idea why people sim Destro as ST at all. There are very few ST fights.. I always sim with 2 targets, this spec is made for 2+ targets. :D When simming for 2 targets, the trinkets you mentioned fall behind quite a bit. You'll find that straight stat trinkets give you more dps since the stats are applied to both mobs, rather than the trinkets you mentioned only applying to 1. Would you happen to have a Trink Simcraft like this for Demo?

spikeysquad 50 Report post Posted November 17, 2016 For the Warlock Discord go here: https://discordapp.com/invite/y5DUpZq Then go to the #Resources channel and sims are in there. Stat weights and other useful information for each spec are in the pins in those channels.
