All jokes aside, I'm having a problem in regard to a haste break point! I use this WA: https://wago.io/N1KclHjo- According to that, with my haste, I should be able to squeeze in 2 solar wraths between each starsurge. My haste is currently 34.76%. Here's the surprise you all knew was coming: I can't fit those two in between SS casts. Is this purely due to my latency to the server or am I missing something? I average 49ms.
