Nimiah 0 Report post Posted November 3, 2016 (edited) Logs: https://www.warcraftlogs.com/rankings/character/18115128/latest#bracket=-1 Il'gynoth: https://www.warcraftlogs.com/reports/rZJd12fmHTxpkCzB#fight=14&type=damage-done I seem to do well at every fight except Il'gynoth. Frankly, I don't know what to do in that fight, I've played it pseudo-randomly running around from target to target and not knowing how to act with my CDs, since I don't wanna risk not having any of them for the heart. Does anybody have any tips, or better yet, a video of a very good performance from another bleed rogue so I can get a grasp on what he's doing? Sin doesn't do well on that fight no matter what you do. Best bet is to try and poison everything; use Envenom then spam out some FoK to try and spread poisons. Mostly just focus on damaging primary targets though
Derby 15 Report post Posted November 8, 2016 When gauging your contribution on Illy, you need to look at your damage dealt to the eye itself during P2 as well as the Destructors and Nightmare Horrors in P1. Assassination AOE is too random to rely upon for that fight because of how quickly the slimes die. If you poison bomb in a nice spot, you wreck shop; if you don't, well, you don't. You can, however, take advantage of good cleave opportunities on Deathglares and Corruptors. Rupture all of them when they spawn close together while you're interrupting mind flay for a nice damage boost.
