Help me improve myself

I just recently killed Elerethe on Mythic. I think I did pretty good dps while I managed to avoid damage to myself. 

But I was just wondering, how can I improve myself? What did I do wrong? I know I am not perfect. 

So I would be glad if someone takes a look at these combatlogs and tells me what should I do differently or how I could improve my dps in raids :)

Is there any guide how to use a combatlog to improve ourselfs? What to look for? How to interpret the data?

Pirated fraps, got 7 viruses. :D After cleaning my computer I decided that I wont record this weeks raids :)

Just use something free, like Raptr.

I will post logs and video after patch 7.1.5 since rotatio will chance a lot.

 

nvm patch is far away and I am under performing in raids.

only thing that worries me is my dps in Ursoc. I was in melee group so had to move a lot more but still my dps should be higher. I couldnt capture video material from these pulls. I will try to get next time. Will try Raptr :)
