How do I add an Avatar picture?

Is this restricted due to me being "new" , i.e. a "Peon" ?

I'm not sure if we have any restrictions, but if you navigate to "Profile" you should have this white square available.

Clicking it will toggle the avatar settings.

There's no restrictions on changing your profile picture etc. depending on rank. You just can't change your "title" on the forum. Glad to see you got the help you needed anyway!
