Meteorite whetstone

So I got this 835 Meteorite Whetstone in a timewalker dungeon. Can't find any info on it anywhere. 

How good is it really? Seems like it could be pretty damn good

Haste isn't great for Assassination. 

Grated, I don't know what your other trinkets are, but it seems pretty mediocre

Yes It's pretty damn great, I don't know the proc rate but it has the same amount of haste as Chrono shard (even more than it considering the low ilvl. Though to be fair this one has crit instead of agility. I also don't know if it proc as often as Chrono Shard.

If it's good or not completly depends on the proc rate of the trinket.

And what other trinkets you have. Chronoshard is strong because it has Agi, which is more valuable than secondary stats.

Haste is still generally a bad stat for Assassination, and there are other options available that have significantly better stat allocations than this one in question.
