<Fang> US-Stormrage

 -Fang is a semi-hardcore guild on US-Stormrage, the largest Alliance server, focused on a 2 day progression schedule.

 - Given our limited raid schedule, all raiders in Fang are expected to be the best that they can be on every given raid night. Our raiders should be participating in class discords, using sims, analyzing logs, and looking for improved boss tactics.

 - We are a thick skinned guild with a lot of nonsense spoken. We like to joke around and have fun but are very serious when we crack down to a boss fight.

 - We are a newer guild with core members always looking to become better raiders, along with striving to make the guild a long lasting family.

 Raiding Schedule

 Friday farm night: 8:00p.m.-??? Est.
 Saturday-Sunday: 7:00-11:00p.m. Est.

 Applicant specifications

 - We want people to put the guild before themselves. Progression is priority.

 - We expect our raiders to show up 15 minutes early, that way we can start pulls on time. If you cannot make it or you will be late, please let an officer know at least 1 day in advance.

 - We want players with a positive attitude.

 - People who research their class. People who research encounters.

 - Research new and different strategies for progress and farm.

 - Communication, we will not accept recruits who cannot speak on Discord.

 - Players who can perform their class at an optimal level. (At minimum of 60% on average on warcraft logs.)

 - We want to reiterate that this guild is very open-minded. We have thick skin and are not easily offended. We aren't politically correct at all. If you get offended easily, we may not be the guild for you.

 - We also want to start recruiting farmers for raiding mats. In return, we would like to take the same people on farm nights to get them gear, achievements, and allow them to raid in a more friendly environment outside of PUGging.

 Loot System

 We will use loot council system. Trials will not be eligible for gear upon their first week of joining. The loot council will consist of three officers who will decide the best distribution of gear based on multiple criteria. We will not allow any biased decisions when giving loot. We will give gear to those that will utilize the gear the best, earn gear through consistent raiding (i.e. being on time), and based on how frequently others received gear.

 We believe in gearing the guild, NOT the player.
