When I quest or dungeon etc, there's times when there would be upgrades ilvl wise, however, some have no haste. Should I still use the upgraded item or no? Eviltenchi 0 Report post Posted November 16, 2016 As a general rule, if a piece is 15+ ilvls higher than what you are wearing, wear it. The pure INT from the piece should be an upgrade. It's like getting a legendary, always wear that for the primary stats (rings and necks excluded). If the upgrade will be smaller, stick to haste > crit > mastery >= vers.
