7.1.5 Patch Notes Discussion Thread

As 7.1.5 gets closer, patch notes have gone up on MMO-Champion. These are incredible extensive, and change a lot of different things.

I'll add a summary of everything here, but please keep discussion about the changes to this thread so we don't pollute the front page too much :D

Do note that these patch notes are not official, and should not be taken as such

Rupture   Finishing move that tears open the target, dealing Bleed damage over time. Lasts longer per combo point.
1 point : [(25%150% of Attack power) * 1) * 8 / 2] over 8 sec
2 points: [(25%150% of Attack power) * 2) * 12 / 2] over 12 sec
3 points: [(25%150% of Attack power) * 3) * 16 / 2] over 16 sec
4 points: [(25%150% of Attack power) * 4) * 20 / 2] over 20 sec
5 points: [(25%150% of Attack power) * 5) * 24 / 2] over 24 sec
Deeper Stratagem
6 points: [(25%150% of Attack power) * 6) * 28 / 2] over 28 sec
 

What are the implications of this?

-5% flat crit
-3% on EP
-20% on exsang

+10% AP application
Only other changes i saw for Assassination

Crit wont be that important anymore, no need for 43% crit, mastery will be more important now.

If the buff on greenskin actually goes to 700%, I'm thinking BTE will have to become an on-cooldown part of the rotation.

This could be true. Or you sacrifice mastery for the 40% baseline crit. In that case the exsang build might be stronger, but they are nerfing exsang by 20% too. So i dunno.

agonizing will be the spec  to go, exang will be bad. Thats what I think.

Deeper strat nerf is happening right ? Anyone know what that means for sub ? vigor the way to go now or keep DS but simply be nerfed ?

Hello, from my point of view T20 bonus set is very poor. As i have T19 HC 4 bonuse set, from which T20 item level do you suggest change Tier T19? T20 then have a lot of haste. I wonder also how take advantage of T20 2 bonus, where garrote  cooldown is reduced to 12 seconds. Even with T19, before Garrote elapse , i have already CD ready.
