Need some help with trinkets

Hey, I'm honestly lost here, I have no idea which trinkets to use.

I've a bit of a problem comparing them, is it best to have a trinket that adds 1300 agi or one that sometimes does a bit of extra dmg + the mastery? As I said, I'm lost.
