Healing Numbers?

Hello everyone, I am new on the forum, but have seen and read a lot of forum posts, and guides on my Resto Druid.

Background about past experience is I have only played Melee DPS Since BC. I never once touched a druid, nor have I ever played a healer class.

Legion is the first time I have ever played Healing, and found to really enjoy it. Starting to actually gear up my Resto Shaman as well.

Questions I have is regarding this, which I hope helps other Resto druid's questions.

How is my itemization. What could I change (other than upgrading the enchants and gems) that will help me go farther with numbers on HPS. Gear I may should farm towards, etc. Including trinket options.

What should my talents be per Boss Fight in Emerald Nightmare. (Ex. I see a lot of players running Cultivation on Ursoc)

I understand there is no set rotation for healing, and it can always change. I'm going to attempt to start recording the Boss Fights if it helps.

Another thing I understand is that HPS is crap at the end of the day. If no one dies, that why should I complain, or wonder if I can approve my HPS/Healing, however being an inexperienced healer, I would like to learn more about it so I can achieve better Healing and be far more efficient in raids.

We do run a 4 man heal team. However we had to put our healers.

I know he out-gears me, but should there be that much of a gap difference?

I have pulled higher numbers at times, but that was either by death, or by we did not need constant heals on a fight but those are far and in between.

Trinket choice is solid IMHO. 

Pretty much same things many RDruids seem to forget.

1. Your arevage WG is 942,8k which means it wasn't buffed by SofT (as you have picked that talent) most of the time

2. During 4:05 fight:

- only 1 use of Flourish 

- only 1 use of Essence of G'Hanir

These two really make a difference especially pulled with buffed WG.

The difference I see in logs between yourself and Kusuri is not that big though I can see a couple of sources for it.

First of all, I'm not sure why both of you are using Inner Peace in all the encounters - do you really need this many raid CDs?

I do understand why Kusuri uses it - he has a Legendary that buffs Tranq but for you I'd really suggest to pick Spring Blossoms over IP to reduce your CDs overlapping to the minimum.

You both have exactly the same build and heal in exactly the same style. The build and the healing style are fine but it causes a lot of overlapping between your healing targets and the other druid would beat you most of times just because his ilvl is higher and he has 2 legendaries. 

I'd suggest you to change the build a bit to reduce the overlapping and to try Cenarion Ward / Cultivation / Spring Blossoms / Flourish.

Try to stop casting Regrowth outside of Clearcasting procs - you waste a huge amount of mana on these casts and as I see in logs, are OOM after 3:30 min into every fight. 

Same with the Wild Growth - it's not a feeler spell that should be cast on CD.

What I see happen right now, you start the fight casting all the possible spells, blanketing the raid with Regrowth, Wild Growth, Rejuws, etc, burn all the mana in the middle of the fight and then your healing goes down.

Try not to rush, focus on low HP targets with Rejuw, cast CW and LB on tanks, keep Effl allways up and always refresh Effl+WG before you cast Flourish and EoGH (it's not always possible but try not to pay attention).
