Drtain 74 Report post Posted December 4, 2016 It's the fact that mastery is so great for AP like yeah, then Crit scales well same with vers where haste doesn't works absurdly well like the values don't add all that much into the actual damage or energy regen. Haste allows your bleeds to tick a little faster but not very significantly, and Assassination doesn't need much in the way of Energy given that proper gameplay has 40-50% time spent waiting for it to pool (as to why this is, it requires a longer and more detailed post) Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
