Shine 144 Report post Posted September 9, 2013 The only numbers that are the same as themself or another number when turned upside down are 1, 6, 8, 9 and 0 since we are already living in 2013 we can neglect any years before it. the lowest number that is available to us in this way is 6009 followed by 6699, 6889, 6969, 8008, 8698, 8888, 8968, 9006, 9696, 9886 and 9966 the highest number we can get under 2013 is 1961 and there you have your proof.
