Glorah 0 Report post Posted December 12, 2016 When you use your Artifact ability Light of T'uure in addition to healing the target the target is buffed so that your healing to that target is increased by 25% for ten seconds. theoldavatar 0 Report post Posted December 18, 2016 You're going to have to create a custom debuff for it. Make sure you are typing in the exact name of the ability.
