I am playing WW build now, and I keep getting the feeling that my Zodiac is not getting activated by WW.

Often I have just 1 skill on CD, and I don't see any jumps in cooldown while I am WW-ing.

I know that Zodiac has some internal timer, and that only affects 1 cooldown per tick, but it's bugging me.

If your WW is not SPENDING wrath, then it will not PROC zodiac. Check to see if you are generating wrath when you're WWing.

WW is fury spender by default. I do generate fury while spinning, but that's due to BK set and Weapons Master passive.

But the skill itself, it spends fury.

The nature of Zodiac mean it will always reset the CD on the lowest CD skill first. This mean if you keep spamming TS, all your zodiac proc will be waste on TS alone.
