Hayya 0 Report post Posted December 18, 2016 I have completed all the Class Hall Campaign quests, completed the Order Hall Campaign, I am level 21 at Artifact Knowledge and touched all 3 stones (Hinterlands, Duskwood and Feralas) last one was 2 weeks ago, NPC Ela’Lothen has spawned in the middle of Emerald Dreamway and no Feather has been given to me. Opened a ticket with GM and was answered to submit a bug report (which I have done) and to search the forums. Anyone has come across the same problem?
